I couldn't be happier with a Salon In Studio City and particularly my stylist, Alex. She is so focused and such a perfectionist. It's refreshing to find a professional who takes her craft seriously, but also has a kind, laid back attitude. I was having issues with my hair falling out and luckily found an outside treatment called Alma TED that helped with regrowth. For the first time in years, Alex was able to give me a layered cut for volume without it feeling too thin on bottom. I looked and felt amazing! She spends time figuring out the best cut and color strategy, so you can tell she truly cares about her clients' hair. The salon is small and eclectic but also cozy and warm. I would highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to Fatima at a Salon of Studio City and I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience. Fatima is warm and friendly, and I’m thrilled with my highlights and cut. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Ever since finding this place (and stylist Fati Gh), I've stopped going anywhere else. Fati is EXCEPTIONAL - easily the most talented stylist I've come across (not to mention sweet and funny!) and she often knows what I want to with my hair better than I do. I'll throw out a style change and she'll throw out ideas and then the end result is always better than I'd imagined. Not to mention her expertise with color - I've NEVER had color this seamless and beautiful. Just can't say enough good things about her and the other stylists here. They're always making their customers feel seen on top of providing great cuts and color.

Delightful little salon with no hustle or bustle. I see Roxie and have been with her at several salans. I like this one the best. Only negative is very limited parking in area and at the salam.

Alex Croix is the absolute best. She takes the time to listen to you and what you are looking for. Very detail oriented and puts in hard work and effort to ensure you are happy with the results. Very knowledgeable in hair care and shares useful advise and tips to manage your hair.. She cut my hair today, added beautiful layers and I couldn’t be more happier.. I was looking for a change in style and Alex made it happen.. Thank you..

Excellent service! Fatemeh cut my hair and changed my hair color from a dark brown to perfect blond shade without damaging my hair! She was kind and I felt in good hands. She did exactly what I showed her. It was beyond what I expected! Thank you! Great Salon and I found my hair dresser!

I absolutely adore this place. After living in Hollywood my whole life, I was thrown into a new environment and even though I hadn't cut my hair in years? It was about time I cut my hair. The usual salon I went too closed down and it was time for me to look for something new. I simply Googled and decided to check this place out. Nikki is the stylist I chose to go too -- the price she gave me for my cut was great and she was amazingly friendly and treated me as if she knew me her whole life. Cannot recommend this place enough! Bonus! I had to call because I was running late and when I got there she had another appointment coming soon so she juggled two clients at once. Again, cannot recommend this place enough. The shop is cute, gives it very outdoors/cabin vibes. Small but intimate and there isn't a hoard of people waiting for their appointments. I do recommend that if you're a new client? To speak with the hairdresser you choose as I assume pricing is different.

I asked for balayage and got my whole head bleached.. and it was not a good bleach job. It was super choppy and random rays of orange and then there were random bleach spots near my roots.. the hairdresser was blow drying my hair and was fully prepared to send me out with oompa loompa bleached hair until I said this isn’t what I wanted. The owner aggressively chimed in saying how I wasn’t allowed to leave her salon looking like that. The argument escalated. I asked for a refund the owner ripped the butterfly clip and towel off my neck and asked me to leave. It calmed down due to one of their nicer employees and she then toned my hair. She overtoned it though I believe and now I have green hair. So basically I got my hair bleached just for them to tone my hair to “brown” but end up green! Luckily the owner was able to realize that a 400 dollar charge for that experience wasn’t fair and she refunded me.

I have been going to this amazing salon from the day it opened, and I have been a client of its wonderful owner Kristina for over 20 years. Several of my friends and family members also go to A Salon. I know I can speak for all of us when I say we love not only the services we receive at A Salon, but also so enjoy the environment and all of the people who work there. Kristina is an incredible talent. She is truly the only hair stylist that I have encountered in my life who knows how to cut my curly hair. Thank goodness I found her through my husband :) All of the stylists at this salon are top notch!! If Kristina were not available, I would feel comfortable going to anyone there. I highly recommend A Salon. You will walk out of there feeling like a new person :)

So, i don‘t know where to start! I am in the states 8 years and I was always looking to find a good hair dresser! Fatemeh is absolutly perfect! She was so nice and i felt my best friend is doing my hair. She cut my hair and did a balayage in my hair and styled it as well! I couldn‘t be more happy with the result! I came back a few times and everytime she was just perfect! 100% recommend her and the salon overall!

With her expertise, I’ve tried so many hair styles and colors with the result being amazing each time. Not only is she a color expert but she’s so kind, professional and makes you feel at home in the salon. I look forward to each and every appointment.
