I've never been here, and never will. I saw their purple pickup being driven rudely and recklessly this morning, though. I make it a point to not patronize businesses that allow that, and to inform others of those dangerous drivers.

I agree with others that the service and atmosphere is exceptional. Kecia is truly a miracle worker with a wonderful “chair side” manner. I was a little nervous because I’m new in town and hadn’t been to a hairdresser in over two years. I am so glad I found a Touch of Magic!

I got the Jeri curl she checked out my hair, because I had told her I used a texurizer months ago. My curl turned out fine, no damage, no breakage. I got tired of sister locs,box braids, and crochet braids. She trimmed the ends but I still had at least 10" but thick not thin.

I made an appointment for Saturday 8/14 at 11am. I arrived about ten mins after 11 but I did try to call in order to let them know. When I arrived there was no one there so I attempted to call again thinking maybe the stylist (keke) was just running late. Still no answer. Needless to say the stylist never showed up nor did she give me a courtesy call letting me know that the appointment was cancelled. So unprofessional and Unthoughtful seeing as though I drove 30 mins to get there.
