Let alone is it far enough to drive all the way to Rancho and Craig to go to this location that my wife has been going to for more than a year, All of a sudden the stylus Isabella is quitting and it was her last day and she messed up my wife's hair really bad. She didn't cut it correctly it was layered all wrong and her bangs were up and down like a mountain. I guess when people quit or they get fired or they have their last day they don't care just give them the money and get on about your way. What a great way to run business but nevertheless it doesn't speak about everybody that is working there that I don't know that I did not have an interaction with.

The nail tech Aly did an amazing job on my nails. I came in with a general idea for a design and a color I wanted and she nailed it (pun intended). She’s so gentle with your hands and has been the only tech to not make my cuticles bleed and use acrylic that doesn’t burn my fingers. I love my nails and will only go to her from now on.

Velma was very nice! Took me as a walk-in and I am so grateful. Very reasonable price. FYI hair salon is top floor, nails and such on ground floor.

Lady name Alex Rodriguez did my hair cut. It's the best haircut I have ever had. She was reasonably priced, friendly, and like I said a great haircut! I will definitely be coming back for more services from her.

The Technicians are very educated in their craft. I would say probably 90%+ have been in the business for a lot of years. But they are always getting more education to stay up with the trends. Also, the girl don't seem to mind lifting a helping hand to another technician. You don't see people behave that way anymore. It is truly a shame. Everyone supports each other.

Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO KAT she is incredibly unprofessional and when I asked for my hair to be bleached to silver and my roots to be charcoal color she turned my hair BLUE and when she tried to "fix" it my hair came out blue with red and yellow blotches. She refused to give me a refund for her clear mistake because I don't trust her to touch my hair again. Any professional would accept that and apologize. The cut she gave me is at least an inch shorter on one side and she bleached my roots and undercut the added the same awful color when I asked her not to!! She does not listen to her clients and will RUIN YOUR HAIR!! She clearly does not understand hair. Don't risk it!
