Only Place I Go! great customer service and patience with me is great It's definitely a love hate for me I love to see Sandi however boy oh boy does it hurt! I'm very sensitive so when my friends and family go they aren't big babies like me and say it doesn't hurt so I know it's just me! I get my eyebrows threaded, and even though I don't have much to work with and my eyebrows are straight, Sandi always finds a way to put a cute arch that matches my face!!

Had done My eyebrow here before but this time I came Sandy just did my best really fast messed up my eyebrow and didn't even apologize. Anything till I'm not here best here.

Don’t come here go somewhere else I used to get them done here a while back. So I decided to give it a chance again and nope never coming. sandy left my eyebrows messed up they no longer have a shape I left them grow out in hopes I get my shape back it got worst the owner was unprofessional as well.

I am glad they open late. I don't get off work until 5pm and my favorite go-to waxing place closes at 5pm. A-1 is closer to home and decided to give them a try. I was in and out, they did an awesome job! Will definitely come again.

i’ve been going here since i was 15, i am now 20, and this will forever be my go to place. i’ve moved across town but still make the 25 mins drive just to get my eyebrows done here! i’ve tried so many different places but i always come back here .

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in to get my eye brows threaded for a wedding and the girl was so worried with getting people out the door that she rushed through my eyebrows and ruined them, the worst part is she refused to take any accountability and claimed they were like that. I showed pictures to my friends and they said they definitely looked over threaded and like hair was missing from a lower corner. I specifically told her to just clean them up from the side and to not make them any thinner because I already have thin hair. To top it off the male owner was walking around without a mask knowing he’s in a place with dozens of people coming in and out daily and he is careless enough to walk around everyone without a mask just exposing his customers. This place obviously doesn’t care and is so unprofessional.
