Her service is quick and reliable. She’s always been accommodating my last minute appointments. Never once have I had a bad experience. Both my mom and I have been going to her for serval years. She recently expanded her salon and not only is it well kept but also inviting. I would highly recommend her services.

I have been going to Hetal for eyebrows for almost 5 years now! There is a reason why I keep going back. She has been able to give my eyebrows a definitive shape and more over her hand is very gentle. Never had any cuts. I would highly recommend her for threading and can’t wait to try her facial next! Another best thing is she is very accommodating when it comes to making appointments… give it a try :)

This used to my go to eyebrow place until the owner daughter did my brows and left me in tears. I asked her beforehand if she was okay to do my brows because she seemed young and I never seen her before. I also had a huge shoot the next day and really wanted my brows to be “perfect”. Well that was not the case as she took off so much hair that her mother had to step in and try to fix it. Will not be returning.

Hetal hands have magic. Aarya threading is my destination for beautifully shaped and groomed eyebrows. Hetal is very detail oriented and have expertise in perfect eyebrow threading in no time. My eyebrows are very sensitive and I am not comfortable with most of the technicians,but with Hetal the process is so fast and painless.Her hands have magic and have been going to her from 5 years now. I have never encountered such a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional salon experience in my entire life. To the least she could have said hi how are you? lol we got “two people?” That’s it! Just because you are working out of a house does not give you any authority to be rude to customers. Also when you need her to fix her work she rudely just looks at the time, mind you my appointment started at 12:20, we got there early and when she was checking her watch the time was 12:24. Never again would I ever come back to this mess again. I like my awesome threading in salinas much better! And I will make that drive when ever needed to get the first class service and the eyebrows of your choice. Not the person who is doing it. Response from the owner Reply: Don't be sorry, just keep the same mind set for all your clients instead of being racist as soon as you see a muslim or Pakistani with an obvious Pakistani name walk in. The amount of attitude shown for someone asking you to fix there eyebrows is just unbelievable, specially if you are in the salon business. Yes I am a nurse and never would I ever be disrespectful towards my clients, the negative mind set is showing customers attitude and then telling them how they are helping the public. You should actually work on your people's manners majorly because you have talked more in this review than you did in person. Stay away from these racist small businesses people!!!

I would say a solid B to B+. My eyebrows are definitely cleaned up and I get compliments on them. However, they’re not as sharp as I’ve had them done before, but your experience may vary. I feel as though I don’t really direct her to do anything, so the results are not too bad all things considered, staff is friendly and they accept cash and card. Don’t be surprised if you come up to a home because it is a private room attached to the house that is the location of the business. I’ve been a repeat customer about 5-10 times and would go back but I’m trying new places at the moment! Definitely worth a try!

Worst place ever with the most unfriendly staff. We go there with an appointment and they make you wait outside and then even though I had an appointment for 2 ( I had mentioned in the comments) the lady said she can provide service for just one. Rude people! Don’t ever go here!!!

Fabulous work and a very kind person!! She has a studio dedicated for her business off to the right of her house. Very clean. We were very fortunate to grab an early appt for my bf and myself last minute. We loved how fast and efficient she was with our eyebrows. We asked for a clean up and shaping. We definitely will be going back and highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed.

Hetal is one of the most efficient and gentle on skin beauticians I’ve been to so far. I’ve been going regularly for over an year and I love the hygiene and the ease of making an appointment with her. She’s very professional and never kept me waiting by taking on additional customers which is often the case in many salons. I’ve pretty much tried all her services ranging from threading, waxing and cleansing facials and have nothing but a great experience! I’ve never had a bad experience with any of her services

I have been here a few times for eye brows threading. Below average with skills and this time around she used such a harsh thread…was doing it in a hurry ..and threaded my eye lashes…like who does that? I yelled an audible ouch asked her to be careful…yet no apologies nothing…just mindless threading. She just feels entitled! mind you I was the only one waiting over my appointment time and no one was outside. Very very disappointed…I have bruises all over my eyes along with hurtful eyelashes…never had such terrible experience…if you know you know…she needs to fix her attitude first! I agree with some of the reviews…I exactly had the same experience as the reviewer Silly goose. Again, I don’t usually write negative reviews…but I can’t get my mind around how one can get away with such attitude…terrible!

My experience here was ok. The shape was below average and uneven. But even worse, every time I go here I have a skin reaction. Not sure if it’s because she uses a harsh thread or because she doesn’t soothe the area afterward, but I always have some form of bumps/ breakout after. This is not the worst threading salon I’ve been to but it’s definitely below average.
