At 75 (my 76th birthday is in a week!), finding someone who understands how to work with older bodies isn't easy, but Dietric is a godsend. I've had many careers, including being a nurse for over 40 years (still working at our psychiatric practice!), and all those years of hospital work and caring for patients have done a number on my back, knees, arms, shoulders...well, what part of me isn't affected?! LOL. Okay, but seriously - what I value most about Dietric is his respectful, patient approach. He never pushes too hard or makes me feel rushed. Unlike some therapists who seem afraid to work on seniors, he's confident but careful, always checking in about pressure and comfort. He's got such a nice way of making small adjustments for my arthritis and being mindful of my circulation issues. I started seeing him monthly after our practice began referring patients to him, and I'm so glad I did. He's helped me maintain enough mobility to keep working - something I wasn't sure would be possible a few years ago. The relief I get from his sessions lasts much longer than with other therapists I've tried. For my fellow seniors who might be hesitant about massage, especially deep tissue work - Dietric knows how to adjust his technique for our needs. He's a gentle soul with healing hands. I always leave feeling better than when I came in, and at my age, that's saying something!

Dietric did an excellent job today. I came in for a general massage with a focus on my lower back, and he was able to relieve much of the pain in those areas. He was very informative and made sure to adjust the pressure to the right intensity for me. I will definitely return and recommend him to others.

Finally found my go-to massage therapist!! The space is super clean and comfortable, and he's great about checking in to make sure you're doing okay during the massage. Best part? I'm not just feeling good for a day - the relief actually lasts. My back hasn't felt this good in ages. Pro tip: if you're tired of those fluffy spa massages and want someone who can actually fix your muscle issues, book with Dietric. Usually not too hard to get an appointment either. Totally worth every penny!

I'm another team member from Forest Path Psychiatry & Healing! Dietric asked us to all write a review, which I was only so happy to do. Woot! So - here's the tea - Dietric is an ABSOLUTE MASSAGE THERAPIST ROCK STAR! I was in a mountain climbing accident a couple of years ago, and he's made my entire world feel normal again. I still have days of pain - but after several months of seeing Dietric every month (and sometimes twice a month), I've moved from 20min hikes with my Pup hour long hikes again! It's wild. Colorado Mountains + Dietric Massages + Chiropractor Appointments + Rest + Lots of Water = Happy Human & Happy Doggo. :) Enjoy!
