I hate to post negative comments but when my Groupon was ignored I was extremely frustrated. I made an appointment days before with a very unfriendly person who answered the phone. No one was there when I arrived. Someone came 15 minutes after making me wait and then knew nothing about my appointment and acted like they didn’t know why I walked in the door. No greeting at all. she put me on the phone with the same unfriendly person who pretended to know nothing about my appointment. Instead of telling the woman who was there what I was there for she asked me if I wanted the manicure “Now”? Why else would I be there?? Neither of them gave me any indication that they wanted to help me. The whole thing was bizarre and I left. After calling again to discuss what happened there was zero explanation or apology. Horrible experience.

Very poor service. Appointment placed several days in advance and the date of the appointment the place wasn’t even open. After 20 minutes a person comes in without any idea of the appointment, calls the owner and the owner asked if I really need the service now… very unprofessional, unfriendly, and just overall bad service

Was Highly Upset with the experience here basic Color Two People 75 dollars for basic mani Pedi and had appointment at 1pm got there at 1230 did not start till 150 was in there for 3 hours roughly and the minute we walked out my mother's Paint was ruined two days of having the paint on Chips off very frustrated never Again 😑 Entendemos muy bien y hablamos de precios por teléfono. Deben ser los precios.

Karina is very good with manicure and pedicure. I think she is the only one in LI that make traditional manicure in the right way, meticulously and with care. Great experience.

I went today, and I was really please by how the nail technician did my nails, the only reason I would come back would be Karina, she did an absolute great job with my manicure and pedicure! But the owner did not greet us when we arrived, only thing she said to me was : oh you are late. Yes, I was 15min late and I apologize when I arrived. Althought she was doing an interview while I got there, and she seemed rushy and annoyed...I don't think that is the way to treat your costumers...very disappointed.

The nail technician did a lovely job, but when it was time to use my Groupon and no one could do it I was told to wait for the manager to arrive. Was put on the phone with her she was half asleep, and rudely said “you really can’t hear me? God!” incredibly unprofessional, would never go back.

This was my very first manicure and pedicure. I had very little to work with and they did a wonderful job. Very professional and everyone was very friendly. Very clean everything was sterilized and sanitized. They do hair and makeup as well. They have gained themselves a regular customer. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get hair nail or makeup done to give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. (:

I'm all about supporting local business but this is ridiculous the prices that they are charging for service. And not to mention hair cuts and hair dyes aren't even all that great. Price gauger imo. Show some love and appreciation to your customers I have gone to friends house to get my hair done for more then half the price ans 100% better quality and they know what they are doing. I just went here because they weren't available at the time first and last time I do that

What a horrible experience i had here . Made an appointment to get my hair done showed up 7 minutes early . Wasn’t even greeted the owner was just flirting with a guy for almost 15 minutes . Finally she said hey you can sit in the first chair . Yells out to another lady to do my hair . I showed the owner a picture what i wanted to get done when the other lady came to do my hair . It was a disaster i think she was new and she was nervous and trying to rush because the owner was rushing here . Then had the nerves to over charge me when my hair smelled burnt and was nothing i asked for ! First and last time i go here
