I feel like every time I go here it just gets worse and worse. I asked for a medium length coffin with sharp edges. Now I don’t have the prettiest fingers that’s why I seek to get my nails done to make me feel prettier but when every single time they come out like this. It makes me not even want to get my nails done. Every single nail isn’t even fully polished most are missing big chunks, and I paid $70 for this.

I have to say my mom would probably give a four or five star as her technician was wonderful. However, mine left me sitting there for 10 minutes in the middle of treating my toes. When she came back, I guess she had forgotten where she was so only two toes were filed. The cuticles weren’t pushed back nor did she clean the nails.She then went on to finish the pedicure. An hour later the polish wiped right off because she did not remove the oils before she polished. I rarely treat myself so this was a disappointment.

Terrible experience at this place, they set timers and when that timer is done they are done. They don’t care. I asked twice to fix my thumb and told her I didn’t like my nails thick and she just kept talking to everyone else around me about skin care And a mommy male over she just had in Vietnam. So expensive for such a poor job. Do not recommend this place at all!!

I have been getting the same acrylic style for years and never have I been talked back to like this nail tech, Sarah. She gave me the worst attitude when I asked to adjust the polish a bit. I didn't think it was a big deal to bring down the polish a little but she made the entire experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. I was really taken back. I know exactly what I like and she did not accommodate. Glad I asked for glitter and not an actual design. I will just fix it at home.

I've been seeing Lynn the nail tech for almost four years. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. She does great work also. She is a very busy lady and always has return customers. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. She is definitely the reason I come time and time again. The nail salon is very busy though, I recommend you schedule an appointment opposed to walk-ins especially during the summer.

Sarah is the best! She gives the best pedicures & does amazing nails! ABC Nails is clean, friendly, and accommodating. They have space for parties, kid chairs, waxing, and more!

Horrible, didn’t understand anything I asked for, ordered a drink never received it, she rushed through the whole thing. My toddler could have done better. Waist of time and money, redoing my nails at home.

I was told my daughter needed a full mani for her shallac to last. Her shallac on her toes lasted 4 days and her fingers 6 days before they started peeling and chipping on their own. Mine lasted 10 days. It was a waste of money and the man hardly massaged my feet or legs during my pedi

I wouldn’t mind paying $70 for a set if it was quality work. My tech was annoyed that I had press on nails that needed to be soaked off. He did not completely soak them off before he started applying acrylic. Finished nails are not straight and we’re not buffed as the tops are still bumpy. I also had a minor with me who said she was in pain multiple times as her tech was too rough with her. Will not be returning. I was scammed.

My mom and I got a mani pedi 3 days ago from here and the nail polish is already chipping we have never had this problem when getting our nails done usually it takes longer then 3 days for the nails to start chipping it was 55+65 for the mani pedi which is a lot for it to just chip off in a few days. The workers also seemed very rushed and didn’t seem to logically go things. I got a sparkle color so most people would put a solid coat of the closest color down but no they just put straight sparkle down and you can literally see my natural nails as you would.

Picture of my daughter’s hands was 6 days after putting shallac on them and being upsold to a full mani so they would last, the next day all of the shallac had fallen off. Her toe nail shallac started falling off 4 days after our appointment. Mine 10 days after the appointment and I no longer have shallac on my finger nails. We paid $200 to have “nice nails” for less than 2 weeks. Disappointed for sure. The lady that worked on my daughter I was told after was very rough and hurt her. Didn’t offer her a drink as they did everyone else, someone else offered her a drink after her pedi was done. The man that did my pedi seemed rushed didn’t really massage or take care of the calluses.

I paid extra for the hot stone foot massage with my pedicure. I never even got a massage period! She rubbed my legs for maybe 30 seconds and then did the same thing with a hot stone. A leg rub is not the same as a massage. I can rub my own leg. I also paid extra for the shellac. Was bizarrely made to pick my color three times, and then the job that was done was lumpy. Again, I could have done a better job at home, but this was supposed to be a treat. Total waste of money and I left frustrated and disappointed.

Two of us went in for a pedicure and a manicure. The people that were assigned to us set their timers and started in. The polish was dried out and lumpy. I won’t be back.

Checkered/pink/glittered combo: Nathan did my nails and he was so attentive to detail and ensured I got what i wanted. I love them so much and got so many compliments!! I plan to book him again. Total was $65 before tip. Christmas: had Nathan do my nails again and i love them! Total was $50. $45 fill + $5 design. I have been going here for at least 10 years now. Tina is absolutely amazing! 🤩 She gives a great massage during pedicures (and if you pay for the 10-minute shoulder massage). She uses a good amount of pressure without it feeling like needles. Perfect, and sooo relaxing! Thank you, Tina! 🫶🏻

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I asked for them to take off my acrylic tips and a simple French tip. They couldn’t do a French tip for some reason? I had to change colors twice and then do a black French tip which isn’t what I asked for. They then asked told me that the quoted $45 was now going to be $70. I said no that’s not right it was $45. Then my nails looked so so bad, the black French tip is uneven and patchy, as well as the nails being so thick they look like blocks on my nails. I get to the front to pay and they keep telling me different prices. I ended up getting them down to $43 as I had a new client special of 20% off. I gave them $60 in cash as i was expecting change back. I should’ve gotten $17 back. I got $7. When I asked for the other $10 of my change they refused. I’m furious.
