Found Mercedes on Google by accident but I saw her reviews and booked on a whim. She is so sweet and has a great energy. I got my lashes laminated and I look and feel so CUTE! I waited the 24 hrs before applying mascara and I look like I got a full set of lashes done. I'm hooked. Definitely will be coming back and trying different services.

All of my experiences with Mercedes have been amazing! I started with her as a model to model brows for a class she was teaching, and now I’ve been going for almost 2 years! I don’t trust anyone else with my face except her. She has not only helped my brows, but given me advice on my skin care, recommended that I see a dermatologist for different concerns I had. She didn’t tell me anything just to keep coming to her, she genuinely cares about my well being. Not to mention that she had me CRACKING UP every time!!! When I say I’m never leaving! I mean that. I travel 30 mins to see her and I’ll keep doing it as long as she’s open! Run don’t walk friends! You won’t regret it!

I did my first ever brow lamination with Mercedes and I am in love with the results. I can’t stop looking at them! She’s so knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. I was hesitant at first, but her confidence and precision with her work made me more than comfortable. She made my appointment great and she definitely has a new client! I mean, look at these brows! I have never had my lashes done before or even brow lamination but Mercedes walked me through it so gently and professionally. She made me feel right at home in her beautiful shop and the results were perfect! She is an expert in her field and so friendly and accommodating as well. Please book her if you want the best service, results and an easy breezy beautification process. I’m so so pleased with my lashes they look amazing. I have sensitive eyes and she really took her time with me even allowed me to sit up to complete the services because my eyes were running water. She knew exactly what to do to help ease my discomfort. Overall she’s the best in the game. Book her!!!

Mercedes is hands down the best!! I’ve been looking for an aesthetician for a while and fortunately I came across About Face Aesthetics & Cosmetics and let me tell you I need you all to run not walk to go book with her. I’ve already seen significant improvements in my skin quality. I love the fact that she is so knowledgeable and really takes her time to explain everything and build out a customized facial treatment plan. She’s also a brow master, I got my eyebrows waxed and laminated for the first time and I am hoookedddd! All in all Mercedes is the best and she’s an absolute sweetheart.

Mercedes is the absolute best! You will not be disappointed. She took me from no brows and having to draw them on everyday to me not even thinking about them anymore. I always have them. Yay!! And I love them so much. I look like myself again! Can't say enough great things about her customer service and how she welcomes you in like y'all have been friends for years. Mercedes is the absolute best. My first time receiving a facial and I was in total awe. She took the time to explain everything to me. If you're looking for a place to get lash extensions, About Face Aesthetics is it. This was my first time working with Mercedes and let me tell you, she's amazing! She was on time, she explained everything and answered all of my questions. She's a true esthetician; she understands her craft well. She took her time and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. And, my eyes didn't burn at all!! It's also nice that she has a great personality, we talked and laughed the whole time.
