I just had my one month post-op appointment after having a upper/lower blepharoplasty and brow lift by Dr.Lo. I had amazing results and I am very happy. I told Dr.Lo I wanted to look rested and refreshed and you can really see that in my before and after pictures. Besides being a patient I'm a registered nurse and have worked with many doctors over the years.Dr.Lo is top- notch and extremely meticulous and caring. His office staff is so friendly and supportive as well. Thank you for my great results!

After a year plus of suffering from post Bell’s palsy related symptoms a friend recommended I go see Dr Lo . After I received treatment you can’t tell that I suffered from Severe facial drooping and eye squinting. He was very kind and his expertise in Oculoplastics shows .I am very happy with the outcome . I had micro needling and a hydro facial done by Amy . I highly recommend her . She gave me great advice , amazing service , and knows her stuff . Amy gave me good recommendations on products that have helped. 5 star service all the way .

Despicable way to run a business. They took my 150 dollars simply to schedule a consult fee without telling me it is non refundable. When I canceled the appointment ten minutes after making it (due to re-considering after how evasive they were regarding financing) they refused to refund me saying it was for the doctor’s time. The appointment is for over two weeks from now! They said I cancelled last year which I did because of work obligations. At that time the consult fee was $50 which I was told I could pay the day off. I never paid at that time since I didn’t go. This business punishes you for having second thoughts and isn’t up front with you. They offered to reschedule me but why would I trust them with a financial agreement after this? They even lied to me telling me the office manager wasn’t available, there is no office manager and that they only have supervisors. I was also told that Dr. Lo himself denied the refund. How is pursuing surgery an option at this point? Think very carefully before calling. The cost of changing your mind is $150.00 despite you not signing any contracts and giving over two weeks notice of cancellation. Also, I might add, the website doesn’t say they keep your consult fee if you cancel. Holding the appointment for ten minutes costs $150.00. Be warned. There are other reviews stating this business is not up front with you. Do the research.

Dr. Lo performed lower blepharoplasty on me. The results are really amazing. I look years younger; refreshed. Dr. Lo and his staff were all very caring, thoughtful and helpful throughout the pre-and post-op experience.

Even a year and a half after I received my treatment from this doctor, I can report that I am more than satisfied with the results and the patient care that I received! I have had very large bags under my eyes for as long as I can remember. Others told me that I looked tired. Since virtual meetings have become more prevalent than face-to-face meetings, I have seen myself on camera quite often. I finally got fed up with seeing how old and tired I looked because of the bags under my eyes. I called About Faces to make an appointment with Dr. Lo. I was afraid that I would be told that nothing could be done for me. Dr. Lo examined my face and created a treatment plan for me. He and his staff were kind and considerate. The day for my surgery finally came and Dr. Lo and his surgical team were fantastic! I felt comfortable and confident in their care. I am now a couple of months out from the surgery, and I am so pleased with the results. The before and after pictures show a dramatic improvement. I recently saw someone that I had not seen in a few years and was told that I looked a lot younger than they remembered. Thanks Dr. Lo!!

Amy was professional and knowledgeable. She could explain the procedures clearly and performed them skillfully. Unfortunately, I do not see the expected results. The problems that I came in to treat are still here after 4 sessions of intense treatment.

My appointment with him surpassed my expectations. After listening carefully to my request for filler, his expert eye could tell me what was possible for my face. The following procedure went smoothly, and I was grateful for his precision and skill. It was evident his vast experience, and practice in plastic surgery insured my safety. I've been going to About Faces for over 20 years. I am now in my 70s and people continually think I'm 20 years younger than I am. I think because I did my face-lift so long ago that Dr. Lo just knows my face. Therefore, I am never overcorrected and look very natural. Dr Lo is conservative and chooses his aesthetic interventions carefully. There is so much to choose from in today's market and so many places in Tucson that offer the latest and greatest. I just do what the two of us decide is natural and appropriate for the moment. Today young people may not even need to turn to surgery to maintain their youthful face. I believe the best place to start that journey would be at About Faces.

Put Botox in the wrong place, left me looking like I had a stroke on my right side. He was dismissive and said it travels. I have had Botox for 15 years ( not with him) the issue is him. How his staff handled it was a disgrace - there no was kindness or empathy yet I was left for he said about 2 months with this stoke effect. My right side mouth is hanging my face frozen. It’s devastating
