My only experience with About Faces is for massage services, after my first massage from Amy, I have been scheduling every 2 weeks for last 6 months, the staff is very friendly, happy and my therapist Amy is amazing, she listens to me, responds to my bodies needs, she is very intuitive with her technique and very accommodating. It’s a great experience and I really look forward to my next session with Amy

Been several times for waxing services and although Morgan is my favorite, all the girls do an excellent job. Reasonable prices and an extremely relaxing atmosphere in a setting that actually makes you feel like a VIP, even if you're just a regular old P. Very highly recommended!

This was my first visit. My hair was gold with dark roots and grays. I had no idea who was going to be my stylist. My experience was especially great because of Charlie. He introduced himself, was warm, welcoming, hospitable, kind. Friendly, funny, enthusiastic, attentive, meticulous and is a true genius with color and an Artist with 34 years of experience. I gave him creative license to do whatever he thought was best for my hair. He knew exactly what to do to make my hair look more natural and soft and took his time and executed the multi step coloring and cut with precision. He is at the top of his profession with skill and ability. Charlie did an exceptional job with my hair but more importantly he made me feel welcomed, relaxed and well cared for. I highly recommend the salon and especially Charlie!

All the staff in the spa are amazing! Megan gives the best facials and I haven’t had a massage that I didn’t love. If you need something worked out, Stella is your girl. Amy will have you relaxed in no time.

Had my first wax in about 2 years, I had Megan, she was the best. I stopped going because of the pain and experiences I had previously. She talked to me the whole time and Made it very comfortable for me. Normally I don’t even set a second appointment but I definitely will be continuing to come. Ask for Megan if you’re getting a wax she’s the best

Edit 2: All the nail polish has come off. It’s only been 2 weeks since I got them done. I’m sorry but $100 to have gel nails done that only last 2 weeks? Not cool Also… why has no one contacted me about this review? Why aren’t there any responses on any of the other reviews? Guess they just don’t care? Eta: editing because it’s only been 2 weeks and I look like I need to shave/wax again with like 1”-2” of hair already. And 3 of my nails, the whole polish has fallen off. The others are pealing up at the edges. So much for being all put together for labor. I thought coming in at 37 weeks would be safe that none of this would be happening yet. A gel manicure shouldnt start to deteriorate less than a week later! I’m extremely disappointed. I’m trying to paint the nails but I don’t have a color to match. (Which the color was all wrong too) I really didn’t want to have to write a not great review… but here it is. I booked a Spa Day at 37 weeks pregnant with #4 to treat myself for the first time ever! One day I got a French Bikini Wax and the second I scheduled a Facial, Massage, and mani-pedi. The bikini wax lady didn’t seem like she was very experienced and even commented how this was way different than back in her day. Well when I got home I decided to take a look in the mirror (she didn’t offer me a way to look at her work before I left which is also odd) and I noticed that the hair that was left was really crooked and she missed a chunk. The rest of the area was stubble as if I’d shaved. Overall it was not good. Since I had my services (roughly 8 days ago) I have lost 2 whole finger nails of gel polish. Just fell off. When the girl was doing them, the polish was melting off under the UV light so I think she knew it wasn’t there right stuff. So now I’m stuck with a bad bikini wax and 2 empty finger nails when I go into labor. That was so not the point. I tried to find a way to contact the shop that didn’t include having to call (I don’t like talking to strangers on the phone). But there isn’t a way so here I am. The facial and massage were great but the other services I was extremely disappointed for the money I spent that day.

Amazing!! Erika did an awesome job on my hair with some really nice highlights, a deep condition and a shag/wolf hair cut. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience :) She also gave me some great recommendations on hair products to keep it all looking like a new hairdo everyday.

I cannot say enough about our stylist Erica! She is so great with our girls and extremely patient! They all look forward to their Saturday pampering sessions every 8 weeks. She has taken the time to get to know us and treats us like family, not just a paycheck, like some of the places we have been before. I recommend Erica and About Faces to everyone I know!

I was gifted a spa getaway package, so I had a facial,deep tissue massage, and spa pedicure. All 3 ladies were almost.. and very pleasant. But the ladies at the reception area weren't to customer service friendly with me. They were the initial point of contact, and I felt as though they could've been more friendly and not uptight. Don't want to make it a race issue, but seeing them interact with clients of the other race was a totally different experience than what I received. But cudos to the other ladies who provided excellent service.

This is a very nice salon. Erica V is the absolute best. She is the only person I trust to do my hair. Anything I asked for she has done a beautiful job. From highlights to fantasy colors.

Last week I was in desperate need of color and cut before weekend and they told me they have a new stylist (Charlie) with lots of experience, so took a chance and booked for next day. The color was great and his cut was possibly the best I’ve ever had! He definitely has a new regular…just fantastic experience!😊
