I was looking for a salon to quickly do my nails as it was long overdue. I found this place with good reviews and my expectations were definitely topped!! Friendly staff and good service, I’m very happy with the final result of my gel nails.

Service was horrible this time around. I had the technician Yona. No greetings, no assistance. I asked can she scrub my feet and she act like she couldn’t understand what I was asking. I had to do it myself, who pays for a service to assist. Then she kept tapping me every-time she wanted to put my foot down or switch hands, very frustrating. I asked, can you stop tapping me and speak when you need me to do something and it was a total disregard. At the end of you nail service you usually get a little shoulder massage she overlooked that. Just a really nasty disposition. As I was paying I mentioned my interaction with the technician to management and ended up receiving this link. This wasn’t my first time going but may be my last. The interaction as a whole was not welcoming.

The place is big and the clean and they have a lot of colors and employees so it’s easy to always get in, but not everyone does a great job. I got gel x there a few times and for the price I expected a bit better/consistent quality

this is my feet 3 hours after my pedicure. i do like coming here but i hate that nail salons are so lazy when it comes to scrubbing your feet. there’s no reason i should leave the salon like this. whether i paid for callus removal or not, scrubbing the dead skin is part of the service and they do the bare minimum. i asked her to fix it and she told me to upgrade. won’t be leaving a tip next time.

I came in on Monday for a gel manicure with chrome. They told me it would be $30 extra just to add chrome powder (it’s literally just a powder on top of a regular black gel manicure…) I could tell the nail artist was struggling to get the finish on the chrome right and was also very short with me. The manicure didn’t even last 24 hours before the chrome started wearing off and I can see the black polish underneath. The finish of the nails look grainy and not like a smooth, consistent chrome finish. Will not be returning to this salon.

I went in for a pedicure she barely did anything didn’t even attempt to scrub my foot! Did absolutely nothing. Waste of money.

Used to love this place I don’t know what happened in the last year but every gel manicure I’ve get starts peeling off a 3 days to week in. I thought I was just rough on my hands but my gel pedicure 48 hours later has peeled off on vacation and is sticky not cured fully I’m beyond annoyed.

WOW- bad quality !!!! Last time I will come. Used to be my regular spot. They RUSH the hell out of you, and do not do a good job. Look how bad my nails look, and my poor cuticles! And my nail chipped already!! Yikes. I went yesterday… Sunday after Thanksgiving, salon was empty… why are you rushing? Reeeelax!! Take some pride in your work. You’re not a cheap salon. I chose dark dark red.. they gave me bright red instead. During dip process kept telling me it would get darker. Dismissing me… nah! Only time they were attentive was when I was tipping! $70 plus tip for this mess. I’ll be updating this review the next few weeks with better places to go nearby. Don’t waste your money ladies!

Went to the place to get my mani and pedi done on Friday. To be honest gave this place a second chance as I didn’t like the first experience too. But they did a horrible job unfortunately. The nails on pictures are 2 days after the procedure itself and one of my toenails was cut waaaaayyy too short to the point where you can see a difference between two of them. I would not recommend this place. You can spend you money somewhere else and get a better experience.

Cici is an absolute gem and so talented. She really takes her time when doing your nails (manicure or pedicure), and makes sure you’re satisfied. She is so patient and makes the experience so enjoyable. Would recommend this salon and Cici to anyone in the downtown manhattan area.
