I contacted this lady (Owner Maria) and explained to her how my hair was and what I wanted. I sent her a picture and she said yes and went ahead and scheduled me for a balayage look. I got there I was seen accordingly. Days after i styled my hair a way where i found a patch of dark hair where she hadn’t done the bleach right. I contacted her and i told her if she could schedule me to fix (just the patch) she responded and scheduled me. I went on a Friday after work and it was the worst mistake. She put COLOR my whole hair. My roots changed color completely different color. Mind you i told her i wanted the balayage in my hair color due to the fact that it would be best for grow out. Well she totally did what she wanted and changed the what i had requested. The path is STILL there and not only that but there’s patches a blond dark and now reddish brown hair. I contacted her and send her pictures and she said she would fix it. But considering that she had processed my hair enough and messed it up i couldn’t let her touch it again and requested half the refund trying to be fair since i know she spend time messing up my hair and wasted product. She responded with her having to talk to her “manager” before so she can decide if they can give me a refund. It’s been one week and I haven’t heard from this “manager”. If i could give this no stars i would. Do not go here unless you want to give your money away and you’ll be fine with patches in your hair. **** UPDATE RESPONSE TO THEIR EXCUSE RESPONSE- ... no one will allow someone that messed up their hair touch their hair again. I did go back for the OWNER to fix it and she messed it up some more. Of course I’m not going to go with that solution the only one they gave me really. This was not a deal about not liking how it looked on me or how it turned out, this is about the poor work she did. Which It explains that balayage isn’t even spelled correctly in their card to begin with, what made me believe she could actually do it.

I went to get a balayage/ ombre and my hair came out somewhat good , after two days my hair went back to orange and my hair is extremely damaged, do not recommend.

Satisfied with my hair stylist. Maria was able to book my appointment in a short notice and schedule me accordingly to my hectic schedule. She worked tirelessly on my hair to ensure that my hair is protected and not damaged by too much processing. She was able to achieve the desired look I was aiming for and helped me learn how to take care of my hair in the future. She also recommended some products to take home and how to use them. Thank you.

Third time going to this place to get a haircut, I'm very satisfied everytime I leave. They taking all the safe precautions as soon you walk in the business. I will still coming back for sure
