I've been coming every other week for three months. Emily is my go to and is AMAZING. I get tension knot thingys and Emily will gently move my arm/leg while using trigger point (?) to really find the problem and work it out. Hell, she poked something in my hip and my neck popped. Flipping Sorcery! Front staff/other therapists are always friendly and welcoming. If Emily was out, I wouldn't have a problem being worked on by another therapist here. BIG PLUS for me: I have never felt judged here for being a bigger girl. I plan on getting a membership after Xmas.

I have the membership which is awesome, the months I don't use I always have a credit whenever I need a massage, love the app with one quick click of a button I schedule quick and easy. Love this place and all therapists have been exceptional 👏 👌

10 Stars for Kellyn! Kellyn is the absolute best massage therapist I've ever had!!!! She listens to what I need worked on, is amazing at what she does, and I always leave feeling WAY more relaxed. I am a membership customer, and Absolute Body Balance is the best in town.

Kellyn was my massage therapist for my birthday massage, and what a gift! She is absolutely a miracle worker with a special gift. It seemed like she had 3 hands throughout the session, swirling, twirling, and working through the stress points.

I went to the Austin Bluffs location & had a 60 minute massage with Jessica. It was absolutely divine! She listened to what I wanted as I was having chronic tension headaches. The pressure was perfect & she really did a fantastic job hitting all the right spots. I highly recommend Jessica! Thank you for a wonderful massage!

This massage was the most incredible experience. I felt like she heard me and felt my body and was listening to what my body was saying. She gave me so much relief. I walked in with neck and shoulder tension and lower back pain and walked out feeling relief from the pain. I was literally brought to tears. Thank you Katie!!!

3 words: hot stone massage. I melted. 90 minutes made me completely relaxed. The masseuse found some troubled areas and was able to explain to me what was going on. I will definitely be back.

Farrah is the absolute best. I got the lymphatic massage and she was gentle and caring. I was very nervous for the massage but she made me so comfortable. I can move so much better than I came in. I already scheduled two more sessions with her. Great place, make sure you choose Farrah!

Overpriced for inexperienced massage. Paid the up-charge for hot stones, they got used for maybe 15 minutes of the 2 hour massage and they were only ever rubbed on me, they were not used to enhance the experience. The hot stones weren't ready when the massage started and the table was angled so the blood was rushing to my head. The massage started with me on my back and ended with me on my stomach. I wouldn't return here.

Farrah is amazing!! Not only is her personality so sweet and genuine but that translates into the care she has for her clients. I have gotten massages at all the big name spas for years and I have never had this high quality of a massage ever. The building is clean and well maintained and the entire atmosphere was comforting. I cannot wait to go back again to see Farrah!

I received a deep tissue massage today from Caitlin. I couldn't be happier, ive been in a lot of pain recently and she loosened my shoulders and neck very well. Ill be making this my new consistent massage therapist. Everything about this place was pretty awesome. But my therapist was amazing, she listened to everything I said and was altogether amazing. Highly recommend!

I've been here twice now and I recently had Katie, she absolutely helped fix a lot of lingering issues and focused on everything I told her was a problem for me. I already have a couple more trips planned back with Katie and I can't recommend her and the staff in general. They are fantastic and worth every penny.

I’ve been working out a lot in the gym and I didn’t realize my back was so tight. Ryan gave me the best massage that I’ve had in years!! Also, he’s very quiet so I was able to enjoy the massage thoroughly.
