My co-workers purchased a gift card for me mid-Dec 2022 and evidently they were already out of business. So not only am I out those massages that were just paid for, I also had a paid massage on file with them that I lost. I lost at least $200 to this business. They are also still sending out automated emails to book massages… and the business is closed!

My daughter bought a gift card for my birthday last year. I called before Thanksgiving to schedule an appointment and was informed that they had closed without notice. I got to reading the reviews and noticed they scammed a lot of people. Please contact me so we can form a group to present criminal charges to the Sand Antonio District Attorney. They accepted funds knowing they would close. This is theft and fraud.

Complete Rip Off! I was gifted a $250 gift card purchased on 9/17/22. At the end of 9/22 the company sold. Multiple calls and emails are not returned. How do they live with themselves knowingly ripping people off within days of closing? The owners should be investigated.

ETA: this review is for Spa De Sante on Huebner Showed up for my appt today and it was closed- I got no calls about this attempting to reschedule my already paid for appointment. No one answering phones. Apparently the owners of this location abandoned the building and it’s being taken over by a new company. Will have to go through CC company to get money back

Had a superb experience! This was a gift spa day for me and I could not have been happier with the experience. Mandy took care of me and it really felt more like hanging out with a friend. Started off with a sole massage and it was so nice! I whole heartedly recommend. After that was a massage but I requested particular attention to my back. My lower back is a hot mess and she really helped me out with that! She worked a lot of knots out of my shoulders, too and man it was such a relief. If you have the time, ask for Mandy--she was awesome!

I been calling and sending emails since Oct 10, 2022 trying to use a gift card that I purchased, well I drove by the place and found out they are close for remodeling, but the name has change on the business :( But no one has returned any of my emails or calls, I've used them during the past years several times, it's a shame that no one can just call and be upfront with the customers that trusted them with their business.

I have two gift cards for this place and when I called to make an appointment it says they're out if buisness and gave info to get a refund but no one answers the number and the email address is invalid. This has to be illegal right? It's our money, just pay it back!

If I could give a less than zero review I would. I've been a client since about 2010. They used to be great but not anymore. I've been trying to get MY money back on a scheduled service. They just ignore me. Now they're under new owners and have phone numbers listed to call to get a refund. HA! Busy signal or "VM is full". Update: on their website is an email address to contact them about getting a refund for a gift card. I sent an email only to have it returned to sender because it's not valid. Shady AF.

I’ve used Spa d’Sante for 6 years, but will need to find elsewhere for my business I purchased a massage online for 5:45pm. When I arrived, the doors are locked, no one to be seen inside, and no one answering my knocking. Appointments are weeks out and no one answers the phones anymore.

received a gift card for Christmas 2021 and finally had time to use it towards the end of 2022. Since I started trying to use it I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. When you go to the Spa DSante website there is a message that they are remodeling and to get in touch with the owners via email about the gift card, the email gets returned as it is invalid. When you call and select option 2 for gift cards it immediately goes to voicemail and they never call back.

I set my husband up for a massage for some relaxation. He had massages before but when he went to Spa D Sante he had a horrible experience. My husband called immediately when his massage was done and told me something was wrong. He was in a lot of pain. So much so he could not get out of his car. He walked into our house hunched over barely able to walk. We are going on a week and still no improvement. Alex did his massage. I’m not sure if people here are experienced but he is feeling terrible and now we are having to seek medical treatment. My husband was perfectly fine and has had other treatments before at other spas. I don’t believe that Alex was experienced. Beware when coming here it may have longer effects. His pain is not conducive to being sore from a massage. He has clearly been injured. If you need a massage do your research. The prior masseuse he was scheduled with quit and that how he got scheduled with Alex. Not happy. Spa d sante has gone down over the years. Might as well get a massage at the mall.

My Therapist left a long time ago and ever sense I haven't been able to find someone who understands what I need, for my permanent injuries, until today. So, I gave up looking. I didn't want to be beat up. Martha was excellent. She listened and adjusted her intensity to fit my needs. WOW, I feel great!

Received an email they were doing a Health Care Appreciation Month. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance. I understand things or life happens, I’m a nurse but the way the situation was handled was done poorly. I am on my way to the appointment scheduled at 1000 and they give me a call at 0941 to let me know my masseuse was not going to be available at 10. Instead of waiting or getting another time, the next available wasn’t until 3 in the afternoon. I was not able to make that time so had to cancel. No voucher or anything was offered. I would have at least appreciated a call earlier then 9 minutes before I was supposed to show up.
