I have visited a variety of massage therapists over the last two decades of my life, maybe 5-7 different ones—some consistently, some just once in a while. Mandy is by far the most talented masseuse I’ve ever received a massage from. I received a 90 minute Deep Tissue Lite/Hybrid massage. She had a gentle but very thorough and effective touch and techniques to target my problems areas. She is also very friendly and professional. I felt entirely at ease being in her care. I won’t be going to any other masseuse, as long as I live in the Baton Rouge area. I highly recommend her expertise.

Mandy is my go-to. Shes an expert at deep tissue massage. After my first triathlon, I could not walk for days due to not being able to straighten out my leg. After visiting Mandy, I was able to walk again and straighten my leg out.

This was definitely an experience needed oh so relaxing Music that Smell 💯 definitely a game changer and one thing I must say very sweet kind massage therapist was available as soon as we got there we got started everything was on time I even fell asleep she didn’t even wake me up can’t wait for me next visit

I have a lot of chronic back pain and have only been able to get minor relief but the ashiatsu massage that I got today was absolutely A-MA-ZING!!! I'm a person that needs more than what a regular deep tissue massage gives and I finally got it.

Everything you want in a therapy clinic: empathy, safety, a listening professional who uses every SECOND of the time you pay for. Very reasonably priced, easy to schedule, they trust the client, know what they are doing, and do an amazing job. 10/10

I highly recommend Acadian Massage Therapy. Mandy does an excellent job using deep tissue massage to address my problem areas. The atmosphere at Acadian is very soothing--I always leave feeling much better physically and mentally.

I've had several chronic pain issues for some years and have visited most major BR massage spas. I can safely say, by a wide margin, the employees of Acadian Massage are the best in the city. Their technique and ability are absolutely top notch. Even if you are satisfied with your masseuse, I encourage you to try out Acadian.

When you walk into their space it is so inviting and relaxing. Mandy's energy is so caring, and you can definitely tell she is passionate about what she does! It is very apparent that they have put thought into the details of each room. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable for the duration of the session. If you are looking for a detailed, professional, caring LMT you have come to the right place!

I am a former triathlete and someone who has struggled with almost constant back and neck pain for years caused by a combination of scoliosis, poor posture (I work at a computer all day), and a sports injury to my lower neck that eventually required surgery last year. I know pain medication for many is a critical part of their doctor prescribed treatment plan and I don't fault anyone for making the decision to use it. For me though even after my surgery I've always chosen and had success with other mechanisms to manage my pain including stretching, acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage which has always been my go to solution. I've literally had hundreds of massages over the years of almost every variety...except for Ashiatsu. I found Acadian Massage while on a recent visit to Baton Rouge from Austin, Texas and after describing to Mandy the combination of physical conditions I was dealing with she explained and then recommended Ashiatsu (a barefoot massage technique). It was without question the most amazing massage I've ever had!!! Beyond being one of the nicest people you'll ever meet Mandy is an extremely talented therapist that I would highly recommend. I always look forward to visiting Baton Rouge for LSU football and great food, but every single visit I make from now on will also include an appointment with Mandy at Acadian Massage.

I have been a regular client of Mandy's for several years now, and she is not only extremely gifted, but is also a consummate professional and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her technique, and ability to pinpoint problem areas and trigger points has helped relieve my lower back pain, as well as pain from tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. If you are looking for a therapist who genuinely cares about helping her clientele, or an alternative to the impersonal corporate massage experience, then I highly recommend Mandy and Acadian Massage.

I have been to quit a few therapists due to my lower back pain. Mandy is the first one that I've found and the last one I'll need to find, that can take care of the issues I deal with. She listens to your individual problems and addresses them effectively. She doesn't just do a routine that she would do to every client. She treats each individual with the special care needed for that particular problem area. I dont think I could have found a better person for the job. Thanks for all that you've done and continue to do.
