I didn’t like it. Terrible service. I asked for all my split ends cut a basic TRIM. I left with split ends till on my hair and when I came for my scheduled appt I still had to wait 15 mins and she didn’t even know what service I needed. I had to tell them 3 times I just want a trim even though it was scheduled. I came with my hair already washed and blow dried and she blow dried it again and used way too much heat. I don’t understand what was so difficult to understand and then she tried to straighten my hair. I had to show her my appointment confirmation. To show her I wasn’t here for that. That whole appt ruined my day. Don’t come here. 0/10

Went in for a wash, blow dry and trim. She ended up straightening my hair as well. Be cautious because they do use a lot of heat. Unfortunately the worst part was the trim. The stylist just clipped the bottom of my hair it wasn’t a true trim and it was also uneven. Note it seems like they charge more if you have kinky hair. I was charged $40 for the wash and blow dry and $10 for the trim. Overall the service/attitude of the stylists are fine, but their work is not.

Found this place by Google, went there, shop was nice, girls were professional and did a very good job on my hair as well as my daughter. We both were very pleased and will be going back regularly.

Upon walking in I said good afternoon to everyone they all looked at me and continued to talk amongst themselves without acknowledging that I just walked in. I told them what I wanted done none of them responded after a moment of silence a younger chick asked what did I mean and they don’t do that... it was a service I’ve gotten before with another stylist that I haven’t seen in a while. I been going here on and off for 3 years off mostly because of this same problem but never again will I step foot in here again. The few friends that I have that come here I will recommend them another shop not to far where the stylist acknowledge you and are professional unlike this place. It’s never busy in there so I don’t understand why they are so rude like your bothering them
