AJ is extremely knowledgable, passionate, and intentional with her care & service! I’ve been seeing her for over a year for facials and what A GAME CHANGER! My skin has struggled historically with dryness & hormonal imbalances. AJ has been a life saver by updating my skincare regimen and the facials (never have I felt pressured to buy anything specific— she’s transparent about if products outside of what she sells works!). Her passion to be able to serve anyone in our community is inspiring! Accessible, inviting, accommodating, and a loving business to go to. Support small 💗💗💗. Her actions match her words and ethics! AJ is fabulous! I have been their client for a few years now and i cant imagine seeing anyone else! I have received facials, brow services, and waxing services from them. Since 2021, I have seen AJ for many different services — waxes, facials, peels, and products too! What I love most about AJ is how caring and attentive they are to every client and their specific needs. She definitely offers customized services that work best for you and your needs. Currently transitioning as a trans woman and AJ was kind, affirming, and won over my complete trust in what to do with my eyebrows to make them compliment and feminize my face. They turned out amazing and it was stunning how much such a simple changed really helped the way I perceive myself. I have been fortunate enough to be a client of AJ’s for over two years and I can say without a doubt that they are the best aesthetician in Louisville. Not only that, but they are a pillar of the queer and trans community and without their tireless work and support my version of Louisville would not be the same without them. What has always amazed me the most about what AJ is doing with ACE is how in tune they are with making a business that transcends a simple transaction. They’re in the business of providing gender affirming care to all (cis or trans) while keeping their practices transparent, ethical, and equitable. As both a client and a friend, AJ has been a consistent inspiration to me as a person. They’ve taught me about both career and personal autonomy, how best to treat others with love and dignity, and how to create a space for everyone to benefit from. Before I started going to ACE, I never would have imagined how important it would be to my life. And I’m deeply grateful for it. My first appointment with aj was in January of 2021 and I truly cannot express the joy and gratitude I take away from every appointment! I’m a religious brow shape and tint gal, I have added a few other services through out my time with aj and cannot recommend them enough! Such dedication to their skills, knowledge shared and a perk - wonderful chats! throughout every single appointment. Aj has taught me lots about my skin and brows, and I am grateful to have their help in feeling my best self! 10/10, I can’t wait to see aj again!

I've been going here for years and that won't change! She is extremely accommodating, sweet and great at her job. Also, cannot recommend the Relax & Wax product enough! As someone who flinches often and usually leaves with extremely red skin, this product has been a saving grace! 10/10 service.

AJ and their business are simply absolutely the best there is 🤍 not only are they extremely skilled in what they do, but they make sure that you feel welcomed, heard, comfortable, and like you are in control the entire time you’re there. i used to be super scared of all things wax because i’d had bad experiences with my sensitive skin. Now I have been seeing AJ for brow shaping, waxing, facials, and other skincare needs for over 2 years and I wouldn’t ever dream of going anywhere else!

I am so thankful to have Aj taking care of my skin. I suffer from dreadful hormonal acne and general congestion in my skin. I feel like Aj understands my skin better than I do myself to be honest. My skin has never been under control like this & looking so clear. They keep me up to date on my skincare and are always making sure we are incorporating the right products in my home skincare routine. The atmosphere during my facials are calm and it feels like a home. My husband now gets waxed here, and my mom has started booking her facials with them as well. It’s truly just a wonderful experience every time, and your skin will never look better! Do yourself a favor and book a facial here! ❤️
