I've been to many massage establishments, from high end to the mall therapist. Seems to be a lot of turn over but I think that's common in the massage therapy world. Tom does an amazing job. I've only had the foot massage but it's great to the point that I will only see him. Lily is also an honorable mention. She does a fabulous job as well but Tom is the guy!

Extremely disappointing experience, went for a 60 minute foot massage, everything was going well until the person giving me the massage started falling asleep, I remove the towel off of my face, and I was looking at him while his head was dropping, he was just moving his hands, but barely touching my foot. Based on your reply, do you believe that a customer would ask the “ therapist“ to fall asleep while doing his/her job? Be realistic and address the problem rather than trying to blame the customer for the lack of good customer service.

Thought the chair massage was great! Actually found the background mall chatter to be like white noise. The pressure was good, he used his hands, rolled with his forearms and used his elbows👍🏻 felt thoroughly squished and kneaded. Worth what I paid. Would return.

WONT BE BACK! The owner who’s the old man at the front desk keeps the tips. I gave the lady who did my massage a cash tip and as I was walking out I saw him take her tip.

I like going to this place, it's in a mall so maybe if they would give out earplugs for a more relaxing experience and to create a sound barrier it would be better. And if they would stop fretting over us leaving a tip, and ficus on the service, the tip might exceed the usual recommended $10.00. 😉

I always get an hour table deep tissue massage. I am a stylist and this helps release the tension. I’m still getting use to getting massages so they don’t even argue with me if I choose not to take off my pants like some other places 😂

I would not recommend is super sketchy! They have a gentleman who works there named Mark who is known for touching women inappropriately, yet the owner does nothing about it, despite multiple reports.

If you think it's not worth it, you're wrong. It's the pressure points what counts, it was amazing I Left completely renovated. I loved it and my daughter did too. Worth every dollar.

I’m reporting this business for charging a extra fee for using a debit card. That is very much illegal. They charge more than surrounding areas, surcharge debit cards, and always ask if you are going to tip.

Bought a couple's massage package from Groupon to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we got there it sounded like they couldn't find our reservation and they brought us to a different part of the mall that was supposed to be their new location. When we arrived at the new location it was all dark and empty. We got inside our suppose to be private room but there was no door. They expected us to take out clothes off with no door. I SUGGESTED to use a towel instead as a curtain. Before the massage started, we were already in the massage beds waiting, people started coming in bringing in furniture. Random people kept coming in our room with the "curtain" confused why we were there and then the masseuses finally told them that we were clients. During the massage, the masseuses kept talking and talking and talking. Also there was no background music. We could not relax because they kept talking. Also they only used oils at the latter part of the massage because they forgot. Massage was terrible. After we had the portable sauna, people just started coming in to disassemble it while my WIFE WAS STILL NAKED! They forgot to give us a towel!! This was my wife's birthday! They ruined the whole day for us. This was suppose to be my treat for her. Very unethical. Massage was terrible. Environment was terrible. NEVER EVER STEPPING FOOT ON THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. TERRIBLE.

The masseuses are quiet and hard working. They do not speak English so communication can be an issue. I normally get the 30 min back massage and it helps.destress me. The foot massage is great too. Just be clear about what areas you need worked on. Its located inside a city mall which can be loud while trying to relax.
