Im from dallas and was looking for an elpaso stylist to be able to utilize since im here often now. I got referred by my friend to book with LARRY. Contacted him asked his availability for the next day and he wasnt sure. Huh? Ok so finally he messaged back saying to come at 2pm... next day i text to verify the address with him since im not from EP. no response. I thought okay ill just attempt myself because he's probably busy since he said he had another person before me. Understandable. I drive 25 minutes to that side of town. And remembered he never gave me the salon name. Text again. No response. So i look on his facebook to try and sift through info. Smh. Finally i find it. Walk in ask for Larry they say "Larry hasnt made it in yet"... by now im 30 mins late because i was trying on my own to get there. After they told me this i called him no answer. Its the next day now. He never called or messaged me to apologize for nit showing up or give an excuse or anything. Amazing. Who does stuff like this!?... if there was a way to vote zero stars i would. Apparently he is NOTORIOUS for that type of behavior. Not sure who else works there but I wouldn't bother booking anybody there if they employ clowns like him smh. And NO nobody cared enough to even ask me who i was to "rectify " any situation. DONT BOOK HERE

Amazing shop ! Great overall experience. Staff is very welcoming and attentive . My nails always look amazing and last forever ! Thanks to my nail tech Tanja ! Highly recommend.

I love this shop everyone is so welcoming I’m always ask how I’m doing or how my week has been when I come in for my appointment. I’m always reminded of my appointments and if a spot opens they call me to see if I’d like to take an earlier day or time . My hairstylist Shay has definitely turned my bad experience with other hair salons into a blessing she has treated my hair in the right ways to grow it and keep it healthy so if you are looking for a hairstylist i recommend her ! The shop is always clean and comfortable. My appointments always start on time and I’m always happy with the results. Thank You so much to the Addictive Glam Team and happy holidays. God bless

I scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks ago with a stylist there. This was my third attempt to get an appointment with him in the last few months. I waited for an hour and he didn't show up. He didn't even call or text that he would be late. It was very inconsiderate, and unprofessional. That will be the last time I try to make an appointment with him or this salon. He had to clients there in which he scheduled for the same time. I do not recommend Larry as a stylist for the fact that his customer service is terrible.
