I’ve been coming here for a long time and normally the service is great, but today’s experience was the worst ever. Did not get the tech I made the appt for and the lady who did my pedi was extremely rough and had so much trouble getting the old gel polish off and was yanking my toes around and tried filing the old polish off with a file block and was so aggressive on the cuticle that it was raw and stinging with the salt scrub that followed. Everything was rough, down to the massage, if you could call it that. Someone had to take over for her to remove the remaining polish and paint the nails. Was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and instead got an anxiety filled, upsetting experience with zero apology. So disappointed.

First off, dont even bother trying to schedule with anyone specific because they dont take any of that info down. You get who you get. I've had 2 sets done here. The first was great. The 2nd was terrible. I confirmed that a gel fill was $40 as soon as we started. I was charged $50.. am extra $10 for "long nails" that was never discussed but fine.. I loved the nails, so I'll pay the extra fee. After about 2 days, 5 of my 10 nails bubbled and were chipping, so I went to get it fixed. 4 days after those are fixed, one of the new nails CRACKED. I've been getting my nails done for the last decade and have never had any of these issues before 😭 I was going to go back a 3rd time, but I have lost all faith in the quality provided here.

They have nail techs that literally dont know what they r doing. Sniffling the whole time, and didn't blow his nose. then, at the end of 1 color, he tells me he can't do my design. Like he really didn't care he couldnt do it. Wont be coming back.

Just stopping for the night in Anthem after a long road trip, my nails looked like “H!” But I had an important meeting with the “girls” as soon as I got home and this gracious nail technician named Lee took care of me spur of the moment. When I walked out my nails looked great. All you lucky people that live here should come to get your nails done at this place!

Had the worst manicure today ☹️ This was my fourth time in two years visiting Adore Nails. The first time was amazing. The second I was a bit disappointed. The third time, it wasn’t the best and it took almost 3 hours to get a regular pedicure and gel nails. I wasn’t going to go back but the location is convenient so I figure I would give it another try… I scheduled the appointment on line and with a specific nail tech ( a young lady that I had the first time). I thought why not give the young lady a shot again. At first I didn’t think she was in because a different tech started with my pedicure and soon I realized that they don’t look at the website where you set the appointments. The only nail tech that I was hoping to get, came out to do a pedicure for the next customer. I can’t go back again. Look at my nails. I could have done a better job at home

Adore Nails did an absolutely incredible job for me and my bridal party! They allowed us to book up a weekday morning it could be just me, my girls, my mom, and my mother-in-law(in total we had nine people). They were able to keep everything moving swiftly while getting all of us done and doing a fantastic job with each of us. Our nails looked incredible; you can definitely tell how skilled the nail technicians are. I changed my mind on doing acrylics last minute and they made it happen, no problems at all. Their attention to detail, time spent on each of us, and willingness to go above and beyond really blew all of us away. The owner and staff were extremely friend and made this a very positive experience! We will definitely be going back when we need our nails done!

First time here and had a great experience! Lee did an amazing job reshaping my nails and making them look fabulous! Although he doesn't know how to do the creative things, as long as someone is available, they'll do it for you. That's service! I opted not to but I'm so happy I found them. Prices are great, double punches on their customer card for cash pay (😀), and clean salon. I live in Dewey but travel to the Valley often. I will definitely be using their services again!

First time there and it won’t be the last. The girls were great and talented. Took my 4 yr old daughter with me and they did a fantastic job on her nails. Not only was the polish well done but they are very talented and artistic.
