Absolutely the best customer service i have ever received!!! Also an amazing pedicure! This is my new go-to place. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming the salon was very clean and beautiful. The owner is amazing so very nice. If you haven't tried it out yet, definitely stop in. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I had our first mani/pedi’s here today and it was very impressive. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The lady’s that took care of us were great! I believe it was the woman that owns the place… I wish I would’ve got her name but so beautiful, kind and sweet. She checked on us and made sure we were happy all around with our visit. I would highly recommend Adore nails in Andover! We will definitely be going back for our mani/pedi’s.

Adore Nails is fabulous! Everyone is so nice and my nails always look amazing. I'm very particular about my nails and I've never left disappointed. The pedicure services are just as great. The salon itself is always so clean and very relaxing. I highly recommend stopping in to get your nails done at Adore Nails. You will absolutely adore your nails if you do.

Brought my daughters for a girls day. Absolutely had a great time. Jennifer and Tammy did a wonderful job. We will definitely be going back! The salon was clean, relaxing and very beautiful.

I recently had my nails done here for the first time. It’s super nice and clean in the there! Initially very impressed. My tech was super efficient and good!! Although, the craftiness of the extra charges are getting OUT OF HAND at nail salons these days. They post their prices - which I always appreciate - and an acrylic fill with gel is $50. I had one broken nail, and one single tip is always robbery in itself when it comes to an added cost. But my total was $60. So I asked why. “The tip plus cut down and reshape.” Ahh WHAT?? That’s a new one! So I said “so the cutting them down was extra cost?” And he says - and the reshape. LOL ok so you doing your job is now costing me an extra $10? I don’t think so buddy. I even made it easier when I went from round to square. Round nails always take more time to shape. I was really hoping I’d be able to make this my new salon home but not when I get $10 taken from me for literally no reason. So Disappointed!! ALWAYS ASK WHY you’re being charged extra. That is Insane. I regret even tipping that tech since he gave himself an extra tip but he did do a good job. I am sad that I won’t be returning after this single experience.

First time coming here and it was amazing. The decor is stunning, everything was so clean, and the staff were all so nice! Prices are comparable to other salons as well. The ambiance was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been going here for a few months now and have been very pleased! I first went with a friend for a pedicure, and never looked back! It took a lot for me to commit to a new salon, but I have been very glad I did. Even with the simplest of services they are patient and committed to their work. They've never made me feel like a burden or high maintenance, and I've hardly ever had an issue with wait/service times. The salon itself is always so clean and pretty, all the technicians are friendly and easy to work with, the owner is the BEST and always remembers literally everyone AND they have the best color selection too :) Thanks for being a salon I can always count on.

After some deliberation, I've decided to share my honest review of Adore Nails. My initial visit was based on its convenient location near my friend's house. However, my experience was less than ideal; I wasn't given a choice in nail color or design, and the results were disappointing. I was promised an improved service on my next visit, with my preference for chrome nails noted. Despite several visits, the technicians have consistently failed to deliver the chrome finish I desire, with the manager excusing the subpar results as a learning process. Yet, I'm still charged full price. On my last visit, I specifically requested Polly, who had previously shown competence, but instead, I was assigned to a different technician who accidentally burned me with the sander, creating a painful wound. This technician also improperly removed my nails by popping them off rather than soaking them, contrary to proper procedure. Furthermore, the most recent set of nails developed bubbles under the polish just a day later. Although the salon did correct this issue, it took an excessive 45 minutes to fix a single nail due to the technician's lack of expertise with chrome finishes. Despite the manager's praise, the end result was not what I had requested. I will not be back.

Daughter of AJ here Mallory, Thuy is always so kind every time we walk in and always greets us with a lovely smile! I was over an hour late for my scheduled appointment on a Friday night and was concerned that they wouldn’t have time to be able to handle my pedicure and manicure that I scheduled. They took me in and treated me like a princess. All the ladies get along so well, you can tell by their camaraderie. I’ve Found a new home for my nails and psyche. Highly recommend the Hydration Jelly pedicure! ❤️

Let me preface by saying my entire experience left me speechless. I originally booked my full set with lotus nails based on their portfolio. The one time I’m getting married, I wanted to be sure I did my research. Three days before my wedding I entered that salon, and it was the biggest mistake. I left crying after being burned numerous times, the nails were horrible with many missed spots of gel, and they were crooked and uneven. Adore nails saved my nails. I walked into their salon with puffy eyes and was greeted by Thuy - who urged me to sit in a massaging chair and offered me a drink. She even hugged me as she knew I was upset. Several nail techs looked at my nails and every one of them confirmed the work I received was not even close to decent. Vincent then became available and he saved my nails. He was careful, kind, and extremely detail oriented. He took a catastrophe and created a beautiful set that I was proud to have on my wedding day. Thuy checked in often, and my overall experience at Adore Nails was the best experience I’ve ever had. I would never have guessed that they are a new salon. Their expertise and knowledge on nails, the empathy, the customer focused experience - if you need a salon you can trust, it is them. I waited to write this review to make sure my nails would stay on for an extended amount of time, and my experience was so great that I’m taking the time to write this on my honeymoon. I’m at about 2 weeks on this set, with zero issues at all. Again, I’m beyond blown away and I will refer every person I know to them. I’ve had my nails done for years, and the work that they did is the best work I’ve seen. Thuy, Vincent, and Adore nails - thank you so very much. I truly hope you have all the success 💜
