I was a regular at this place because the interior decor was a vibe and it is close to my home. As far as everything else… tbh their nail techs are mid. Not super up to date with modern nail trends. I liked that it was "organic" but I didn’t see a huge difference in products here vs. other regular salons and they just fill a jug of warm water and pot it into the foot bath, I didn’t mind but foot jets would have been nice for the price your paying . The pedicures are rushed in my opinion because they’re are always rushing to either get through the day or to their next client. If you’re a person of culture beware I did start to notice a difference in the way they welcome us vs others. My main issue came in when i showed my tech a picture of what I wanted and asked for the exact thing… my nails came out nothing like it, I asked my tech if she was sure it was the right color because she picked it out based off the picture, she rushed me off because they were Booked back to back and I don’t think she wanted to re do it… although I was unhappy I had another appointment with them the next day for my hands since they were too busy to do it the same day and I was hoping to get my toes fixed since they did a blotch job. The next day when I came they told me I’d have to buy the full service which didn’t make sense because the tech completely failed at doing the desired look. Seeing that I am a regular I was expecting them to do the job correctly or fix it. I ended up going to French Nails salon in Dallas after and they fixed the blotch job perfectly with exactly what I wanted, I showed them the picture and they delivered without hesitation. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you absolutely need nails last minute or are coming for the "vibe". The first picture is what they gave me…. The second picture is what I asked for. Disappointed but not suprised.

Went for basic mani/pedi. Service was great and they did a wonderful job. Only thing I would say is not enough variety of colors for the dazzle dry polish. Other than that this was my 3rd time and I would definitely return!

I used to go to Adore yearsssss ago. I’m talking when it used to just be Mindy and LaLa in a teeny tiny salon suite in Richardson at least 5 years ago. I followed them down to their current spot in State Thomas but after a year or so, I had to start doing my nails at home due to some financial hardship. While I still do my nails myself, I recently started treating myself to professional pedicures again. Unfortunately, I didn’t come back here, at first. I was lured in by that flashy coffee bar Verbena has, right up the street. But there was always something going wrong every time I came in. I don’t think there was one service where everything went smoothly, which is beyond frustrating considering a basic gel pedicure there starts at $70, versus $54 at Adore. I threw in the towel after they didn’t book enough time for my gel pedicure and the tech accused me of being ridiculous for even getting a gel pedicure in the first place, even though I told her I was getting ready to go on a beach vacation, and made a face at the color I chose. I came to Adore during my lunch break, which made me a bit nervous that I’d be out of the office longer than I was supposed to, but Emily got me all shined up in 45 minutes. I was in and out of the office within an hour, so for anyone who is looking to get your nails done on your lunch hour, this is the place! Granted, I did not have any polish on my toenails when I came in, so take removal time into account if you do. She was quick but not in a sloppy, careless, rushed way. The girl next to me was getting both a gel pedicure and manicure and she was almost finished up by the time I was leaving and she came in maybe a few minutes after me. I do wish some water was offered, which I feel is pretty standard anywhere else. I vaguely remember getting hot tea all those years ago. I would’ve brought my water bottle with me had I known, but it’s not a big deal since I was in and out. They still use the pedicure bowls versus those spa chairs that are impossible to sanitize which I love. I know some people really enjoy the jacuzzi experience of those chairs, but I rather have a sanitary experience. Everyone who was working seemed to be very meticulous and cared about your service. FYI, there is a free garage you can park in if you don’t want to deal with street parking.

If you don’t want to serve Hispanics, then have another nail tech to freaking help us. The lady that worked on my daughter’s nails rushed, she kept sighing after my daughter asked for rhinestones. She just seemed frustrated with my daughter’s choices. Then, we were crowded while they talked to each other in their language which made us feel uncomfortable. The nail tech cut my kid’s finger and kept on like nothing happened. This is not my first time here. But this is the first time I have an terrible experience. My kid had never had her nails done before and the only reason I brought her here is because I thought they would do a great job. She has her quinceañera celebration this weekend. Now, we’re three days away and we did not receive a good service. I can’t even take her to another place since they would have to soak these off and it would hurt her fingers due to the cuts. So, thank you, Adore for hiring lousy racists and rude nail techs.

I love this place! They have so many options for nail polish and their service is always kind, attentive and detailed. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, they called me to let me know there was availability sooner and they took me in earlier. Both nail technicians were super careful and detailed! Extreme makeover for my feet and hands! Ask for the pedi that includes hot stone massage, you won’t regret it!

I booked online and their app charged me for my services, but didn't book the appointment. I went to the salon to book the appointment and found out the person had booked me for a more expensive appointment than I had originally paid for online. They will try to upsell you at every turn, and they always upsell me on my pedicures for spa treatments I never ask for. I sometimes would get regular manicures and they seemed annoyed I didn't want gel or dip. If you are going for regular mani/pedi, be prepared for an uncomfortable ride. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

I have been going to Adore for a few years and have had great service; however, lately I’ve noticed the quality of pedicures have gone down- harsh trimming of cuticles, scarce use of sugar scrub for exfoliating, poor nail filing, etc. I really like that Adore offers the dazzle dry polish system. I just wish their nail techs were consistent with providing top notch service and actually allowing you to have the person you booked a service with.

I was excited to come here. But the service ended up being overpriced for the sloppy and rushed work despite the salon being nearly empty. Things were not even applied to both hands but just one. Would recommend going to a different salon.

Ladies be aware - no one should ever DRILL or FILE gel polish off. It destroys the nail. It’s faster for the tech and much worse for you long term. They drilled my gel pedicure off despite my asking them not to and it destroyed my nails. They were splitting before she could even polish them. Not going back here ever again. Man this place used to be good when it first opened but not it’s just gone downhill. Going back to minu luxe where it’s more expensive but at least they treat you for nail health and not just speed.

My go-to nail bar 🤍 Always treated kindly & they do good work. The peaceful vibes are everything🕊️ it’s an ultimate self-care treat since it’s super calming + the people there are so sweet. Parking is easy & it’s in a nice little spot. Make sure you call before you go since the space can be limited. They have my highest praise🫶🏼💕

This is my second time at this salon. Came about a year ago for dip and it wasn’t my favorite. Thought I would give it a try again, and got the dazzling nail polish manicure. I am not sure who did my nails.. wish I caught her name. They look very sloppy, uneven, and the polish top coat bubbled so it doesn’t even look right. Not happy with my experience here. 2 stars because she was nice, but bad manicure.

This was the first time going to Adore and I had Julie. She let me test different gel polishes on my nails and filed my nails to the perfect size, making sure I was happy with every step of the process getting gel x extensions! This salon is really cute and I’ll definitely go back!

Went here for dip and they came out perfect. I saw Mindy, she was great and I’ll be going back to her from now on. They came out thinner and much more natural looking than the place I was going to before, so it doesn’t look like I have almonds glued to my nails.

I am an adore regular, they are always attentive, take time to make sure everything looks perfect. Also appreciate they don’t use whirlpools for pedis which have high infection risk. Will keep coming back.

Been here twice. First time mani with Mindy and quick and go pedi with TK. Second time mani with extensions and dip powder with Scott. Both times amazing. Super friendly and professional. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them in no time at all. Prices are super reasonable. I don’t get my nails done a lot so I’m definitely coming back here whenever I do. Loved it.
