You’re not welcome if you don’t have an appointment a couple minutes wait turned into a 30 miniute wait. Lady was not welcoming or friendly at all. I highly recommend the nail salon across the street.

Great experience this evening! Stopped in for the first time about 4:40pm to see if they had time for a long overdue Pedicure. They did. I met Jennifer and splurged on the premium Pedicure..... it was heaven! I told Jennifer at the beginning that my shins are sensitive due to neuropathy, and she kept that in mind throughout the massage. It included warm stones and perifin... so great! It was the best I've had in a VERY long time. Everyone was very nice. I got a glass of mimosa and a warm neck pillow too! I will be back, thank you, ladies :~}

Just want to say I’ve been going here for over a year and everyone is amazing, professional, inviting, and welcoming. Kim in particular is a magician with my pedicures! Everytime I go anywhere else I instantly regret it.

So I came here on a whim, and I am so glad I did! I got an "organic pedicure" with Jennifer who did an AMAZING job. They had a promotion for this pedicure as well, that was 50$ off for the holiday's! Worth every penny! I'll definitely be coming back for all of my nail needs! Thank you!

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and they had us come in to fix the issue. I am grateful that they took the time to reach out and make everything better. This establishment handled my issue in a professional manner and they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Below is my original post. Took my girl to get her nails done and she was quoted at $70. She had a reference picture and wanted the nail design adapted for shorter nails. The end result was pretty bad (even I know it's bad and I don't know anything about nails.) the reference picture looks nothing like the end result. The color and design are muddled together and the seashell on the nail is unrecognizable. The nails weren't even clipped evenly. I'm not sure how the nail tech thought this was close to what was asked for. Both of us are unsatisfied. The first picture is the reference photo.

I’ve been coming to Adorn nails and spa for almost three years. Anna does a wonderful job. Prices have increased recently but that’s expected anywhere. It’s worth it. My gel manicure always lasts me at least three weeks. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Adorn!

The receptionist was very sweet, and the salon was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, my experience with Kayla was HORRIBLE. Communication seemed to be an issue, but instead of working through it patiently, she was rude and disrespectful, raising her voice and even scowling at me. I’d like to add that I was polite the entire time. However, she made the whole experience unpleasant and made me want to get up and leave during the appointment.

I've been a client of this salon since 2022, and unfortunately, I always leave feeling disappointed for a variety of reasons, and so do the guests i’ve brought with me throughout the years. My most recent visit captured much of what has gone wrong for me over the years. I came in as a walk-in, asking for a gel set on my natural nails, and acrylic on my both my index fingers. I had to cut my index fingernails for a video where I was pointing. By the time I had come in, my index nails were grown out, but still shorter than the rest of my hand, so I opted to add acrylics. So please note*** Only my index fingernails are acrylic with gel x, and gel polish on top. The rest are my natural nails with gel on top. I chose a ruby red sparkle for a specific campaign I’m working on and needed this color for professional reasons. If it weren't required, I likely would have changed it due to the reaction and behavior. To be fair my nail tech, who’ve I’ve never had before, was good. The manicure was pain-free and smooth. However, this is the third time I’ve had issues with the polish itself on ACRYLIC nails. I have low hand activity as a stay-at-home wife and part-time work-from-home professional. The most strenuous thing I do with my hands is open Tupperware. My appointment was on Thursday, and by Saturday, the polish on my acrylic nail (with gel x and gel polish) completely fell off while I was putting on my Converse. I’m not sure if it was the friction, but this shouldn’t happen with such low-impact activities. Additionally, the actual acrylic had a noticeable dent, is weak on a corner, and little glue — causing it to lift and catch debris inbetween my nail and the acrylic nail. I noticed immediately the dent, but decided to let go because the polish on top was thick enough to conceal it. This wasn’t ideal, but I let it slide at the time. Again, I am a low active hand user, dents and weak corners are not something I ever face at any other salon. It’s important to note that I’ve been getting my nails done for over a decade, and I’ve tried it all. No experience has matched the lack of quality I’ve consistently faced here. While the nail teach was fine, the quality of the products seems to be the underlying issue. To provide context, I DO NOT bite my nails, I use a special keyboard to avoid nail contact with the keys, I don’t lift heavy objects, and I even wear gloves to wash dishes. I can’t justify returning here anymore.

My pedicure was okay but the actual painting of my toes was not good at all. Sloppy. And my pedicure chair and cup holder was dirty but the manicurist cleaned it after I asked him to.

I highly recommend this place. Kathy was wonderful. I really appreciate that there was no “gossiping” in another language other than English amongst themselves in front of customers. Everyone was professional and the area was clean and the location is perfect. Thank you!

Got the hard gel manicure on my natural nails with a hot pink French tip & hot pink pedicure to match. Super happy with the service I received. The French tip was beautiful and done quickly! I was even offered a chocolate & drinks. Definitely worth visiting!

I called prior to making my appointment and was quoted $65 for short, oval, pink and white powder nails. I arrived and my overall experience went well. The staff was kind and they executed well. However, when I went to checkout, they told me my total was $90!! $65 is already overpriced- but $90 is absolutely outrageous. They tried to tell me that because I got an "oval" shape, it was an additional $15-$25. Who on earth charges for shaping ?!?! Also, they charged an additional $15-25 for a design, and $10 for a removal. Sadly, I will not be returning. The presence of greed and selfishness overpowered the good values that the this salon does posess.

Nice shop, they serve water and wine as requested. They are pricey and don't have a price menu so I would say book an appt and get pricing before just stopping in. They go a great job on both hands and feet. Shop stays busy. It's near Starbucks in the Sakura Chaya parking lot on First/Nees

First time in this salon. I experienced a very nice pedicure. I decided on the step above regular pedicure. I was given a gift certificate as a gift. With it there was a brochure. With types of services and pricing. Pretty standard. As I was getting ready to start to pay I noticed a small notice stating they had raised the rates. By $10.00 . The gal who preformed my pedicure did a great job. Mind you I had a middle grade pedicure with regular polish. 55 dollars seems to be a pretty high price , on top of tipping.Thats the only reason for the four stars. I think they should have told me Before not after.

I was seen as a walk in and was sat immediately. My nail tech was very sweet but she did not get my shape right at all, I asked for square and walked out with the corners looking rounded, my right hand got it the worst, she piled the acrylic too thick and it made it look really wide. I thought she was going to be cleaning it up after the acrylic application, she went through with a drill and ended up cutting me and I started bleeding, she didn’t even notice. I assumed she would continue and reshape after applying the acrylic but she didnt and by the time I realized she was done and ready to polish, it was too late to mention I did not like the shape. I figured it would look better once the polish was on, nope looked even worse. She was very sweet and I didn’t want to be rude, but I will not be back. I was charged $65 because they said gel would last longer but it was already chipping a few hours later. I am now in the process of filing down and removing the acrylic, cutting my losses and getting them redone tomorrow at my regular place. I wanted to like this place really badly because the people were really nice.

By far my favorite place to do my nails. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I get GEL polish on my nails, and everyone thinks they are either acrylic or fake because the look so nicely polished and shaped. This is the only place where my nails do not get damaged or break easily. I have been able to grow my natural nails to a nice length. (pic here). I highly recommend coming here!

I just HAD to edit my original review. I know I'm not the only one who feels the anxiety setting in when your nail artist tells you they'll be out of town...immediately trying to count days and weeks to figure out if you'll have to see another nail artist during their absence. This happened to me weeks after I found Seneca. As thrilled as I was for her to take a holiday, I was terrified at the thought of trying to find another nail artist! I booked an appointment with thoughts and prayers... enter ANDY. Not only a fun conversationalist, but his attention to detail and his artwork are unlike anything I've ever seen! He has an entire portfolio of designs, the possibilities are endless with his true artistic talent. His creativity is a gift to us all! But wait, weeks go by, I call to make another appointment, Seneca is out sick, Andy is on holiday. Ahhhh, the anxiety, what is the chance I get lucky three times at this salon!?! Enter ANNA, lighting fast, thorough and attentive, asked repeatedly if I was happy with the shape, the length, the color...a nail artist who truly cares that her client leaves feeling magical. And it's been THREE weeks and my nails look like they were done yesterday! How is that!? If you've read this far, please just make the appointment and enjoy those gorgeous nails! The original review: OMGOODNESS where has Seneca been all my life! I have had my nails done thousands of times, literally, and Seneca at Adorn just gifted me the most gorgeous nails I've ever had!
