Shannon is a curly hair wizard! My curls have been struggling for months to the point where I gave up looking and started cutting my own hair. Ends were frayed and curls turned into scraggly waves. Shannon made my hair look even all the way around and brought my curls back to life - so happy I found her and will be sticking with her from here on out. Thank you Shannon! 🤗🤗🤗

Holy Smokes! Christine is a bang/layer genius. I wanted curtain bangs and she really listened to my vision, considered what was feasible and would work with my face shape and hair texture and communicated it all so effortlessly. I can't speak highly enough about Christine's hair artistry, she's like a renaissance sculptor of 'dos!

I 1000% recommend that you get a facial and any body waxing done with Alicia. She impressed me so much! She not only greets you as a true professional looking gorgeous and sleek but she will do an amazing painless wax for you! She’s so professional it’s insane. My microdermabrasion was stellar. I have these often but never as meticulous and considerate as when Alicia did it. My skin looks and feels so good. She had no idea that my hands and wrists hurt from my job, but she included a hand massage in my facial service time. I really can’t say enough about her and how impressive she is. Just go see her because you will be hooked. Thank you so much for making my vacation sweeter, Alicia!

Shannon was great! This was my first appointment at this salon. I had been having issues with my wavy/curly hair and my own history of bad haircuts in the past. I waited WAY too long for a haircut, but Shannon totally brought it alive again and it's much easier to take care of now, and has a great shape. She made sure to cut it well based off of my wave pattern. I am super happy with the results and will be happy to continue coming to this salon for future haircuts as well!

For my melanated sistas with type 4 hair, Shannon is the stylist for you! I have very tight curls and I’ve struggled to find a stylist that could both cut and style my natural hair. After seeing all the reviews about how great Shannon is at curly cuts, I decided to make an appointment and I wasn’t disappointed. She’s very knowledgeable about all curl types and has a very genuine understanding of how black curls differ from those of our curly peers. I will be back to see her in 6 months.

Shannon Chavez works magic on curly hair. She takes the time to learn what you like and totally knows how to get the best from your hair. I prefer a modified Deva cut with a boatload of layers; I’m so happy that Shannon’s approach is not one size fits all. I’ve been seeing her for the last 7 years; she’s my stylist for life! My curls have never looked better and her styling skills are on point. I’ve referred some curly-haired friends to her. Seriously, if you have curly hair, Shannon is your girl. Adorn Denver is a bright and chic salon conveniently located on Broadway. I love Alcove products and they carry my fav curl cream.

Sooo I was referred to Shannon by a client I met at work and although I needed a cut & style I was so nervous because I’ve gone to the same stylist for 20+ years and no one and I mean NO ONE has been able to do my hair . I had relocated to Denver about 2 years ago and I’ve had nothing but issues with stylists and it’s just too expensive to keep trying. On top of all the that I had my hair cut super short a few years ago so trying to find someone that knows how to cut my hair while trying to grow it back out has been an absolute struggle to say the least. Well I went with my wife today for her hair cut appointment and I was able to just talk to Shannon about my hair and what I need. She is super busy but she literally took the time to give me a consultation on the spot! I literally just had my hair cut 2 weeks ago but when she took one look at my hair she completely understood what my issues were, what I wanted and just said come on let’s just fix it RIGHT NOW!!!! Yes I was an unplanned interruption in her schedule but I am so extremely thankful she took the time out of her schedule for me today. I have not been this happy with my hair since I moved to Denver . Shannon is truly amazing and I can’t find the words to express that in any other way than just sayin it… I have finally found my stylist and I will follow her wherever she may go in the future. I’ve heard she has so many clients that will follow her and I completely understand and I am absolutely 100% one of her loyal clients … and after only ONE visit… You absolutely MUST go to her if you’re looking for a new stylist ! Shannon you’re truly amazing and I appreciate you! Thank you 😁

This is my firs time visiting Adorn and I can't find words to describe what an amazing salon this is! From the moment you walk in you're enveloped in warm, inviting and friendly vibes. I've read so many reviews about what an amazing stylist Shannon is with curly hair. Well, I have short, straight hair, and Shannon is definitely a boss, regardless of hair style. She takes the time to talk to you to find out exactly what you are looking for. I didn't even know exactly what I wanted done, and she figured it out in about 5 seconds. I'm very impressed with her scissor skills and awesome personality. After 2 years of living in Denver and many failed cuts, I was beginning to think I'd never find THE one..but I found her! Shannon is absolutely amazing and I love my hair! I will definitely be going back and will be telling my friends about her. I've read reviews by people who say they would follow her anywhere and after today, I understand why! Thank you Shannon, you absolutely rock!

I followed Shannon to Adorn & I’m obsessed. She has been doing my hair since I moved to Denver 3.5 years ago and I am always extremely pleased after I leave her chair! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my blonde, and we always have great conversations. This salon is absolutely adorable, clean, trendy, and offers an array of quality hair care products. Looking forward to returning soon!

I saw Parker Armstrong yesterday for a root touch up and a toner - I’m blonde and wanted a lavender tint. My hair turned out a dark grey purple color. It’s awful. It’s the week before Christmas and I’ve never looked so bad. Instead of fixing it, Parker’s feelings were hurt that I didn’t like it and she dumped me as a client. Spent my day scrubbing my hair, and now it’s an ugly grey-navy. Worst salon experience of my entire life. I’m horrified.

Shannon Chavez is absolutely lovely to talk to and gives an incredible haircut. I have curly hair and she know exactly what she’s doing, never had a bad haircut from her. She listens to everything she you have to say about your haircut and delivers that exactly. 10/10 would recommend for anyone but especially for anyone with curly hair 😁 also love the eco friendly aspect of this salon! Love to see it!

Shannon at Adorn is a magician at cutting curly hair. Before Shannon I had so many terrible haircuts. Cutting curly hair is a specialty and I could not reccomend Shannon more highly. She is the BEST!

Shannon is the best for curly hair!! I have been going to her for years. I never loved my curly hair until she worked her magic!! She listens to what I want, and how I want my curls to look, and I love my hair each and every time she cuts it!! She taught me how to work with my curly hair, and I now like my curls!!
