Gatlin really listened to what I wanted and in the end result was better than I could have imagined! Had a great fun and relaxing experience! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Gatlin for about 3 years now. She has always done an amazing job until the past 6 months or so. I just went in for a highlight which is what I always get and asked for platinum. I got the complete opposite of platinum including GOLD UNDERTONES!!! I paid her $200 plus a tip. She stated in a text that she would fix it, when I texted her that morning of the appointment and asked to reschedule that something came up she completely ignored my texts. I sent about four more texts that day and NOTHING! a couple days later I decided that I’m no longer going to use her as a beautician and requested that she refund me half of what I paid so I could find someone that was willing to do it the way I wanted. When I threatened her with me coming into the salon if I were to continue to not get a response she finally responded. She was very rude and basically told me not to text her anymore and that she would not be giving a refund of any sort! I completely wasted my time and ALOT of $$$ for something that looks terrible and obviously no where near platinum! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Unless you want ripped off and leave feeling hopeless and upset! My hair is the worst it has been in a long time!!!

I highly recommend Gatlin to anyone looking for a skilled and professional stylist! She is knowledgable about the latest trends, and I leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed....Gatilin takes the time to understand my hair and what works best for me! She helped to achieve the exact look I was hoping for!

I’ve been seeing Gatlin for years! She’s seriously the best there. She always listens to what I want to do and gives me honest feedback on how we can achieve my hair goals. I go for cut and color and I’ve always had a great experience. Her attention to detail is the best. I’ve never had a hairstylist like that. I’m going grey and she does a great job at blending/hiding them by doing a blonde balayage type treatment. Recently my son has started seeing her. He had dandruff and was able to help fix that and get down to the source of it and in a short time. I did practically everything before asking her, I wish I would have taken him to see her sooner I would have saved some money sooner instead of buying bad shampoos that fed the problem. I can’t say enough about Gatlin! She’s seriously amazing and I get the best treatment with her.

Mary was the sweetest person ever getting me in so late minute when i have 2 rows of extensions!! She was so unbelievably welcoming, gentle, & so professional.My blowout feels sooo silky & smooth. 🤍

Honestly, I can tell you it is one great place to go to. I have never been to a place that has been more professional more open and welcoming to somebody coming in the first time.I highly recommend them. You will love going there

I can’t say enough great words about Adorn, the place is amazing. Its people, its ambience, its vibe, the QUALITY and professionalism, all off the charts! I have had my hair done by multiple stylists (Ally, Gatlin, and Mary) here and all have always done an amazing job, every time. The feelings I have when leaving this salon experience are genuinely priceless. Every appointment is truly worth the wait and price. I recommend them every time anyone asks!

The previous post could not be more wrong about this salon. It is one of THE BEST in the Michianna area and they are always accommodating as much as possible. I highly doubt this person arrived 7 mins late. The stylists are fantastic. My hair is the best it has ever been and at its healthiest. Yes they are popular so plan ahead and get your appointments. I followed the owner here and they are all top notch.

I just got my first haircut at Adorn Salon and I'm so happy with the whole experience. It's a beautiful salon and the stylists have a wealth of experience and creativity. They listen to what you want and work their magic! You can easily book online. I highly recommend!

I had my first haircut with Ally and it was a great experience. The salon is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Ally listened to my concerns and goals and made good recommendations about what would work best for my hair. I’ve really enjoyed my new cut. I plan to go back and would definitely recommend! I’m glad I found her.
