I showed a picture but I'm not sure what she did to my hair, I was fine with it till I went out and noticed my hair was red on top, I tried to explain but she told me she knew better,I also had to drive up there twice due to her having to leave and I live 30 minutes away. Waste of time and money not happy at all, I hate my hair and went else where no partial refund.IF YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE GO WITH THE LADY WITH BLACK CURLY HAIR SHE IS EXPERIENCED AND WILL BE HONEST ABOUT HER WORK
