Advanced Aesthetics is home to all of my aesthetic and wellness needs. I have trusted them with all of my skin care recommendations and routines for at least a decade. One particular advantage that I find separates their facility to others is the time, patience and honesty each provider gives you. I recently had my lips done by Sunni, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was so professional and thorough throughout the entire process. Amber was there to guide her during the training, and their teamwork made me feel completely at ease. Sunni took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and her attention to detail really showed in the final result. Both Sunni and Amber were kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. I’m so impressed with their expertise and care. My lips look amazing—subtle yet beautifully enhanced. I’ll definitely be coming back!

As a guy, I was a bit hesitant about getting Botox, but Sunni made the experience stress-free and painless. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. The treatment was quick and comfortable, and I’m really happy with the natural-looking results. If you’re considering Botox but nervous about it, I highly recommend Sunni. She made the whole process easy, and the results speak for themselves!

Having Cassie at Advanced Aesthetics do my combo brows was BY FAR the best money I have spent on myself. Over an entire year later, without touch ups, I STILL have people complementing my brows (and I’ve changed by hair color from blonde to black!) If you’re on the fence, just jump! It’s been a wonderful experience, and didn’t hurt too bad (less than a normal tattoo).

I purchased a treatment package from this spa, but the staff did not fully disclose the limitations or restrictions associated with it. Transparency is crucial, especially when dealing with services related to health and wellness. Had I been informed upfront, I could have made a more informed decision. I would recommend checking with your dermatologist for the same treatments.

A couple months ago I went in for laser hair removal on my face. The nurse seemed very distracted and in a rush. She asked me what areas I wanted to be done, didn't say anything against it and then started. She went so fast and the only comment she made was that some hair on my temples would probably be removed, I said that was fine. When we finished she immediately started walking out the room and just said "book your next appt" I went to go look in the mirror and she literally burned off my eyebrows. Not one, but TWO of them. A significant chunk on the left eyebrow and the top of the right one. In utter shock I asked her about it and she said "I told you." She in fact did not tell me anything and I would have never consented to this if she would've told me there was a risk of removing my eyebrows or she wasn't comfortable doing it. It's my face for goodness sake!! She didn't apologize or try to help in any way, she just repeated I told you and don't forget to book your next appt which was so inappropriate being what just happened. I walked out so shocked and angry that this place charges such a high premium and the quality and service is so horrid. I had to call the manager and she said she would talk to the nurse before getting my story, in hind sight I'm glad she did because her story did not match up with what happened. As I told the manager my eyebrows are ruined and she asked what she should do, I said obviously a full refund would be appropriate. While I appreciate the refund, my eyebrows are still messed up two months later. I canceled all my future appts with them and cannot trust them with my face or money.

I've had several procedures done at Advanced Aesthetics over the years and not once have I ever been disappointed in my treatment, the staff's knowledge, professionalism and overall experience. Hands down would recommend this medical spa over any others I've visited in the OKC market. 5 stars for me!

I love this place so much! When I turned 40, I decided I wanted to hit my 50’s with my skin looking better at 42 than ever before! Chloe has been a dream, so incredibly knowledgeable and professional, with zero pressure. She let me know what would work with my skin type and she has been spot on, my skin has never looked and felt better. The whole staff is so kind and fun! Not a stuffy place, it’s so comfortable and everyone will relax you. A very educated and helful staff with top of the line products and services.

I went here to have sun spots removed from my face. I told the lady several times that I wanted to make sure that the beauty mark that I've had since birth was not touched. She was apparently having a bad day because she was angry and distracted and was paying more attention to whoever she was fighting with on her phone than to my face. I wasn't sure she was listening to me so before she began I asked her again about making sure that the beauty mark wasn't touched (I've had this procedure done several times before at other places and have had no problems). She was snippy and said that she would be careful and that she would never remove something like that. I should have listened to my instinct and should have gotten up and walked out because she did in fact remove the beauty mark. It has been very upsetting to lose a distinguishing mark that I've had my entire life, and it was equally upsetting to have a supposed medical professional act in such a callous and unprofessional manner. I will never go back to this place.

I went there to have sun spots removed 2 years ago. What they did was laser all the hair off my arms and the sun spots remain. As a man, I don’t want permanent hairless arms. The hair partially protected my skin from the sun as well. Its embarrassing having hairless arms as a man. I wouldn’t recommend it for any man. It’s almost like they just did laser hair removal as they would for a woman and that’s all. Not what I wanted!!! My hair will never grow back now and the sun spots are just more visible!!!

Advanced aesthetics has surpassed all of my expectations of a medical spa. I recently moved here from Manhattan area where I received frequent treatments in top ranked medical spas in NYC, this medical spa is better than what I have previously experienced. The facility is extremely clean. Their availability is awesome - especially for busy working professionals and moms. All the staff is friendly and discreet about services you inquire about. Amber has been doing my facials and she’s wonderful ! So kind and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of all their staff. My results have never been better. I love all the products and services they offer - which are all reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with advanced aesthetics in Edmond !

First time getting a hydrafacial in this place. Move from AZ to OKC and was really excited to get one done. Called the office to check if they had any last minute appointments for a hydrafacial, the receptionist was nice and told me to come in. I got there, got my facial (it felt really nice), it was really quick, got some after care recommendations, walked to the receptionist bought a product from them, payed for my service and left. I got to the car and looked at the mirror to see the results you know? Did not have a chance inside to do that, everything was so quick. I looked at my face (nose and chin) were usually you can see the difference and it did not look clean at all. I even told the girl that's where my pores get all clogged so she can maybe extract them? Or make it better? But it was not the case. I would not come back and think it wasn't worth the money, besides the massage I got on my face and it's sad cause I was expecting more!

I always enjoy my visits to Advanced Aesthetics. Chloe is lovely, professional, easy to talk to, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The products that they sell are outstanding yet I never feel pressured to make a purchase. They offer a wide variety of services and frequently offer specials on both products and services. I don’t know where to begin with Advanced Aesthetics. I honestly wish I would have found them way sooner. I always see Chloe when I go in, whether it’s for botox, facial, laser, she’s a pro! I trust her 100% and always ask for her advice. It’s refreshing to know I am in good hands with whatever I looking to do! They are all so nice, extremely knowledgeable and the best at what they do! If you have any hesitation at all to have a service done or looking for a new place to go, this is your sign to run not walk to Advanced Aesthetics!!

My dermatologist recommended laser therapy from Advanced Aesthetics for rosacea. I called and was scheduled with Chloe..... she's wonderful! I didn't know a thing about the procedure, and Chloe expertly guided me from beginning to end..... I quickly gained full confidence in her abilities. A week later, the redness and discomfort from the rosacea had diminished, and by the second week, I was very encouraged. I'm expecting more positive results with future treatments. Advanced Aesthetics is a great blessing in the management of rosacea.

Shelby is the best!!! She always knows what/how much to do to get the results I want while still being cost conscious. I never feel overdone and always look natural. Staff is always willing to answer questions and help with appointment scheduling to make my appointments and follow-ups work with my schedule.

The facility is beautiful & clean. During Covid, all of the health protocols were enforced & I felt very safe. The staff is outstanding and very knowledgable. They are very courteous, also. I trust their recommendations. I also like the twice a year sale on products and the monthly specials. I would highly recommend Advanced Aesthetics.
