I just had to share my experience at Advanced Body Concepts! I got a hydrafacial, and it was absolutely amazing. I felt pampered from start to finish, and I can't recommend it enough! Falline was incredible! Her warm and loving personality truly shines through her work. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the treatment. For my 7 cavitation sessions, my clinician was always prompt, friendly during the sessions, informative on what she was doing, and thorough in the treatments. I had absolutely no issues or qualms throughout.

I have gotten a couple of treatments at ABC -- intro body contouring sessions and a hydrafacial, and my experience has been positive all the way around. I enjoyed working with both Falline and Jessica, who are kind, professional, and open to answering any questions you may have about the treatments you are receiving. I will definitely be back in the future to enhance my results.

Company is ignoring my repeated attempts to contact them to refund my deposit. I placed a deposit months ago for two facials and set an appointment. That appointment was cancelled by the company on short notice and I was unable to re-schedule as I went out of the country for an extended time shortly after. When I got home, I didn’t have enough time remaining in Portland to fit two facials (needed 6 weeks in between). I’m a travel nurse and am only in town for a short time and they were aware of this when I paid said deposit. I’ve since tried emailing, calling (no one EVER answers) and even responding to their automated texts multiple times to get a refund and have gotten no response. I did however get a call to “schedule my next facial” and when I told her I had actually been trying to contact them for a refund as I no longer live there, she told me she was unable to do that and a manager would call me - that was over a month ago. Shady way of doing business to take advantage of people who you know are no longer in town and can’t come in. Incredibly disappointing.

Came in for cavitation therapy that said $99 for two. Was told it was only a 20-minute session and the 40 minute is the valuable one. Yet then she proceeded to charge me a $69 consultation fee and tell me 40 minute session was five times the amount of of the 20. You should be ashamed of such practices. There's no excuse. Enjoy my $69.

Scam. 5 sessions with ZERO results. They have a strict cancellation policy but my appointments were canceled twice last minute after I already showed up because the technician couldn’t get to work on time. Total waste of money.

The staff is great but other than that it’s a horrible experience. They can cancel the appointment on you easily but I called 3 times to cancel an appointment a week in advance and no response. The man that responds to the phone calls is useless. Also, I’ve been going for a while and no results.

I purchased Skin Tightening treatments with curiosity but still I was skeptical of them actually changing much. I actually saw a slight improvement after my 2nd treatment! I’m pretty excited about it & will purchase more treatments on my next visit. I highly recommend Falline, she’s great! She explained everything in detail as far as expectations, aftercare & upkeep. Jessica is amazing, very kind, gentle, inviting and thoughtful. Excellent bedside manner and communication. We have wonderful conversations and I feel very comfortable in her care.
