Nice experience. The beautician was very sweet and caring. The prices seem normal compared to other places. Facial gives a result almost right away, however, for body endosphere frequent and continuous visits are effective!

I have been going to advanced skin care for a number of years and all the treatments work, very well, the owner is very thoughtful and considerate. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the treatments and services offered. Each and every visit, is unique for each client. I have always felt pampered and special. I get so many compliments on my skin and I have to say it’s because of the quality ingredients in all the products I have been using, thanks to Carrie Seifer’s recommendation. It’s like she knows exactly what I needed and still need. I’m just so impressed with her skills and she is very generous with her treatments. I’m a very happy client!

What a great experience! I saw Dr. Ballentyne for the first time this week for a bit of Botox in my forehead. The last time I received Botox (from a different place!) I had severe bruising almost instantly. With Dr. Ballentyne, I do not have even one bruise! He took the time to discuss the Botox process and listen to my concerns (I certainly had a few after my previous not-so-great experience elsewhere). I 100% trust Dr. Ballentyne with my Botox needs going forward! Carrie at the front desk is also wonderful, so pleasant and helpful!

She is incredibly knowledgeable - she was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions about what would be best for my skin. Not at all what I expected. On the website it says most advanced skincare. The custom facial, which I asked for, says we do whatever your skin needs at the time including ultrasonic cleanse, exfoliation and extractions if needed. When I called, the woman said she didn't do extractions which was odd but fine because I thought I'll just do a peel. It wasn't until I got there and had already undressed that she told me she wasn't the owner and didn't do any advanced skincare at all. No peels or anything except apply product--which any person can do themselves at home. She also charged me $90 for the custom facial which was supposed to be 60 minutes but was only 45 minutes. I tried to get advice on my acne scarring and she just told me to do my research and talk to the owner. I'm just so confused. I went out of my way to an "advanced" skincare place to get the same care I have at home.

Went here with my mother to do the renewing body scrub. I asked for 30 min scrub and 30 min massage for both my mother and I. Carrie Siefer worked on both my mother and I and Carrie did an amazing job! I’ve gone to many different spas and get a massage about once a month, so I know that Carrie has a special touch. My mother and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely come back!

Just had my first ever visit, I started with a custom facial from Julia, followed by IPL by Carrie. Julia did an outstanding job and was very thorough. Carrie was phenomenal at not only providing amazing service but also taking time to listen to and address my areas of concern. I can’t wait to rerun for more treatment. I highly recommend!

My experience pertains to attempting to obtain a gift certificate. I was seeking a Christmas present for my wife and we live locally. Consequently, my wife provided me with some "ideas." She would be happy with a gift certificate form Advanced Skin Care Center. Thus, that was my quest. I contacted the establishment via email and inquired about protocol to buy a gift certificate. I was directed to visit the following day within certain time parameters and I did just that. Unfortunately, no staff was available and I realized that they could be conducting business. I waited, and waited, but to no avail. Mind you, I followed directions to the letter and follow-up with an email. That was never answered! Wait, Carrie JUST contacted me after a year of silence. Irrespective of what she said, I want the consumer to determine whether communication after ONE year is an acceptable practice. I'll not render my opinion. So, I have presented the facts pertinent to buying a gift certificate. And, that is the only aspect that I have evaluated! The question still remains as to whether my review is fair given the limited scope?
