Honestly... the customer service here continuously really threw me off for the high price tag I paid for the services. This was the first place I chose to trust to try Coolsculpting so it was nerve wracking already. I tried multiple different services along with it and every time the staff was not welcoming, made the experience awkward/uncomfortable and gave me almost no information on the treatments I was getting. I saw barely any improvement with the services I got yet was charged a super high price tag and was told that it was a "discount". If you do find yourself going here for what ever reason, go to Alex Romo. She was by farrrrrr the most welcoming/friendly, accommodating and cared about my treatments. I honestly cut my treatment plan short because of the negative experiences since it became so uncomfortable.

So far I have had PDO threads and filler treatments here with Jenn and Katarina. They are both awesome- kind, knowledgeable and skilled. They helped me feel comfortable making best choices for me with no pressure or judgements. The office here is so organized and efficient and friendly. I’ll be back for more for sure❣️

Fantastic place. I got PDO threads for my turkey neck , and my technician was able to take at least 10 years off my neck after a 50 lb weight loss and being 52. Just so pleased at results!! The procedure itself was easy , painless and I had next to zero post procedure soreness. I super recommend .

Always keeping up with the newest innovative treatments. Thorough consultations! Has great events where you can test out some of the treatments before you commit. Fantastic customer service and support. Joseph is the best!! I highly recommend Cecillia as your esthetician/treatment specialist but you can’t go wrong with any of their team members. I sent a couple emails to get pricing on several things - I received one response, no pricing. I went the site to fill out their form and someone eventually called me back. I was told they’d look at my skin and make recommendations. I went in for dysport, but nobody gave me any information about the services I’d asked about already three times. I also asked my injector when I was in the chair about getting some information on other facial services and didn’t end up seeing anyone that could give me any information. She did my dysport, and I’d asked for help around my mouth bc I tend to frown and pull the edges down. So she put a few units in each side. I’ve had this done by other injectors, without issue. Now, I can’t smile. I’m only able to move my top lip and give a half smile. I was going to get some filler but I am definitely canceling bc clearly these folks may not know what they’re doing. In all my years of getting Botox and dysport - I’ve never had an issue. So, beware who injects your face.

It was amazing can't wait to see my friends there again. Very clean, and professional . Mr.Joseph was very nice and Linda was so kind as well. My skin care lady was a awesome esthetician and was very informative and I would recommend my bestie to visit this amazing place. And they suggested snooze, for breakfast 👍👍it was delicious. My wife and I both wanted to try Emsculpt as an anniversary gift to each other. First on Emsculpt Neo, wow does it really work. We both noticed dramatic results within the first 6 weeks. Second on the clinic itself, amazing staff and very professional. They know everything you could ever want to know and do a great job of making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I’ve had 5 facials (3 hydra facials and 2 microneedling) and and one cool-sculpting session done here. I kept coming because I purchased a package. I would give this place 2 stars because the entire process felt low quality. You get what you pay for here. I got 3 hydra facials for $500, all of which felt cheaply done. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re on a tight budget.

Currently still waiting to see the full results but I definitely see imporvement to the areas treated. Definitely recommend this place for anybody who is looking to get more accurate information about coolsculpting and get the procedure done by a skilled professional.

Got velashape at this location getting a package that I paid a little over $2500.00 upfront and it did completely nothing!!! My last few appointments got rescheduled so many times. I was very disappointed to the point that I didn't even care to go to last appointment. Since they had already collected my money, they didn't even care to give me a call to ask anything. I wouldn't recommend this place. 🚨Edit I wish I would’ve seen this response earlier, but anyways. I honestly now don’t remember how much I paid, but that’s wasn’t the point. The professionalism, value and quality of this “clinic/spa” was. And judging by the cheap response I received I stand corrected. You sound very unprofessional. I would’ve thought that was my teenager texting an angry friend. And calling me out by my name? I wasn’t trying to hide my identity from you. I was hoping to receive a call so you could fix the problem! My account is linked to my phone and emails. A “clinic” just blasting my personal information wow! I would’ve been glad to have changed my review if these people cared, but it’s all quantity over quality. As soon as you pay them service will be trash!
