I was in need of a new injector for my lip filler however I was in need to dissolve first due to migration, I was scheduled within less than a week and was taken back earlier Than set appointment time I was very welcomed and confident getting a new injector can be intimidating, But I am very happy with my outcome and with service provided, absolutely no bruising whatsoever from dissolving.

Great service! I was a walking for a B12 shot. Staff was friendly and courteous. I will be recommending to friends and family. I also had a facial (fire and ice), and was amazed at the big difference in my skin. I attended a Birthday party that night and I got so many complaints on my skin and were surprised when I told them my age. Thank you.

Great first time experience at Aesthetic Life, I was helped by nurse Rhiannon and she was amazing, answered all of my questions and guided me through the whole process. She was very gentle when doing the injections and they didn’t hurt at all, pain 0/10 and it’s my first time getting Botox done.

I have been seeing Rhiannon since May 2023. The office is always clean and Rhiannon is a very talented and knowledgeable business owner and nurse. She takes the time to discuss in detail any concerns and recommends the needed products. The promotions are great deals. Looking forward to seeing the 12 days of Christmas specials! I stumbled onto this health and beauty spa at a health fair, where I met Nurse Rhiannon. I have been in San Antonio for several years and hadn’t found someone who actually didn’t dilute their botox, charge me ridiculous prices for the same brand of intravenous vitamins, ect, just to make a buck. I have to tell you that they really care at this place. My son had passed away and Rihiannon went out of her way to make sure I was doing OK, and even invited me back if I just wanted to talk. I also literally look 10 years younger now, and that’s no joke! I’m 55, by the way, and I’m sure you can tell my before, and after. I will be a customer for life. 💙

If there was an option for 10 stars, I’d definitely press it. I went in a few days ago to get a IV infusion, I was helped by Rhiannon, she was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience, it definitely gave me more energy & I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. Went in for an IV infusion and loved the quick and easy check in process. The IV definitely gave me a pep in my step, and the girls are great!! For sure booking soon!
