I’m a newer client of hers. I scheduled a 2 week fill after a classic and never had as much fall out, have about 3 strands left on each eye after only 2 weeks, so I asked if I could have a volume fill next -thinking maybe that would make a difference. She said yes and we changed the time I’d come in. -even after confirming appointments a week before and then again when I confirmed, she never showed up to the appointment. I was really kind and patient thinking she would come at 11 (the initial appointment time) instead of 10:30 (what we changed it to. Wasn’t angry at all and she didn’t even show at that time -nor did she respond to my patient messages. Incredibly unprofessional. Maybe if you’re a friend or a relative this will never happen to you but if you’re a stranger/new client, it seems your satisfaction is not on her priority list.

10/10 very friendly and clean service, found livin lashy through family and haven’t gone anywhere since. very helpful for my first time walking in not knowing what i was doing, book with her she’s great!!

I messaged her to book and appointment and she stopped replying once she realized I found her on Groupon and then ended her Groupon deal.

Very pleased with her work, always happy with my lashes she never disappoints. Have had many compliments with the look. Vanessa does great work even with my little natural lashes, walk out feeling beautiful and sexy. She was very highly recommend by a family member, now I am recommending her to my friends and family.
