I’m so pleased with my experience at this salon! Maria did my manicure, and she was amazing—skilled, precise, and very attentive. Her work is flawless, and the results truly exceeded my expectations! The salon itself also left a great impression: cozy atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and everything is thoughtfully arranged for the client’s comfort. Got a manicure done on Saturday. The girl cut my fingers 3 times. And as you can see the result is not the best unfortunately. The front desk girl was attentive and brought me tea couple of times as I came in sick as they would not reschedule my appointment for free and told me to come anyways. Manicure area was covered with dust (disgusting) and they charge you 4.5% if you pay card plus some terminal fees ???? (What??) 😂 would not come there again.

Great salon. Went here to dye my hair with master Munara, get a facial with owner Anastasia the highest level of professionalism in cosmetology !my manicure was with master Maria and she did everything great. The staff is amazing and super nice, and the tasks were completed perfectly, enjoyable experience

In the salon, I had a haircut and coloring with Munara, manicure with Nonna, facial with Anastasia the owner, I left the salon as satisfied as possible, they satisfied all my needs even more than I expected! This is my place. I wholeheartedly recommend, the name of the salon corresponds to the services aesthetically and most importantly professionally!❤️😇🙏🏼 THE BEST PLACE 👌😇🌸

I have been seeing Natalia for facials, and had an upcoming appointment (that i booked couple of weeks in advance before an event). The admin called me 24 hours before my appointment to tell me that Natalia moved to Florida and dumped me on someone else. Mind you, i went to the google reviews of the salon and not one client has mentioned the girl she recommended me to see. Interesting how she moved to florida 24 hours before my appointment. Im in the beauty service industry myself, and i would have never treated a client like a piece of garbage. If i would have moved somewhere i would have make it my business to contact them myself telling them i am moving in a timely manner. I have never felt so disrespected by a provider before and will not expect to be treated like garbage P.s When i booked my appointment i asked twice to confirm that Natalia is working that Thursday and its thanksgiving day.

I’ve been coming to Aesthetika for a couple years. Their customer service is top notch from the moment you walk in until you end. I get monthly facials with Katya who has transformed my skin. She is attentive, kind and always keeps me informed during the service. Today I had a hot stone massage with Nadia for the first time. It was amazing! Every service ends with an offer of infused water, coffee or tea, served with a sweet treat. At Aesthetika, you get what you pay for-knowledgeable therapists and aestheticians, a beautiful, clean spa atmosphere and excellent client service. 10/10 recommend!

My friend got me a package of massages for my birthday over a year ago, I used only 1 out of 5, they just told me the package had expired and I can’t use my money for anything. I never received a physical certificate and I had no idea their packages have expiration dates. I also never got any phone notifications or emails, about upcoming expiration. The package was bought over the phone by my friend, and I had no idea about the expiration. It’s very disappointing they can’t honor the money paid for the services. Very bad costumer service which doesn’t work in New York because there are so many other options. I recommend choosing another place where they value you as a customer.

I visited the Aesthetika salon recently for hair and skin services. The salon is beautiful, with a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The staff is excellent and friendly!! It was a pleasure to meet Aidana, the hairstylist, who provided outstanding service, and Anastasia (the owner) for fantastic skincare. It is a great place; I highly recommend it!

I loved aesthetika! I came in and was offered coffee or tea, which was so lovely. The environment is so beautiful and welcoming. I had a haircut and tone done by Munura. She was so lovely, she took time to listen to what I wanted done with my haircut, she examined my hair thoroughly and gave me advice on how to treat my hair at home to help prevent dryness. I was always looking for a hair stylist who would take their time to analyze my hair and recommend what they think is best!

My favorite beauty salon forever! Here I received incredible hair extension service from Elena, manicure, the best facial and massage I have ever had, as well as hair coloring! Super cozy, very friendly staff and incredible atmosphere! You'll also be treated to an exclusive tea and goodies here and By the way, there are gift certificates in very stylish and elegant packaging - a great idea for a gift! Highly recommended

I was here for the first time today. The customer service is excellent!!!! Very relaxing atmosphere! Very clean! I am delighted with Ayurveda massage. Laura is a professional massage therapist. There is both relaxation and energy in the body. The salon also offers discounts and special offers. I highly recommend it!!!!!
