The staff was so friendly and everyone was extremely knowledgeable! It was great to go to a new experience (hydrofacial and Botox) and be informed of the full process for each and receive the best treatment for my needs. Highly encourage anyone looking to see what is right for, and would benefit them, to visit AesthetiX!

Shalaine turned out to be a real piece of work. Over 3000.00 was spent and on the last billing when we went to pay she could not figure out the computer and told us that she would get us the receipt in an hour, trust her that she charged correctly. We paid. There were two products which we were told were 115.00 and 135.00 by the technician. They stuck papers to the boxes with those prices (as they always do) until they ring them up. We had no choice but to trust her. We had to call a couple of times and got the receipt about a week later. They charged 120.00 and 140.00 for the products. She said that it did not matter what we were told or shown in the store when we got it, “sorry you were told that, this is the price”. Does 10.00 matter? Yes, we spent over 3,000.00 there, we expect them to treat us right, charge correctly. When we started and it was time start paying she was nice, things changed at the end. Edit: This review was not about a “mixup” on the tax exempt, that was an earlier purchase. This is about being told a price in store (plus sticking THAT price on it before it being rang up) the last time we were in and charging more while hiding it until a week after we paid.

I’ve always been hesitant about going to a Med Spa because I didn’t want that “over done” look. I knew I did at least need some tox on my forehead so I stopped in and had a consultation with Brooklyn. She was very professional and explained very kindly in detail what she thought would give me a more youthful appearance without being overly done. I’m so happy I trusted her! She used Jeuveau tox and Versa filler on me and I can’t believe how beautiful my skin looks. She took years off me! I’m so impressed with Aesthetic Skin Lounge that I signed up for their monthly membership. It’s the best bang for your buck so check it out. Highly recommend this place and Brooklyn. Also, Sydney does an amazing hydro facial.

I got Jeveau for the first time for my forhead and eyebrow wrinkles and had an awesome experience from front to back. The staff were welcoming, professional, and gave me an exceptional first experience. The rooms were very pricate and clean. The aesthetician was also top-notch and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I will be coming back!

I had such a great experience here! Everyone is so pleasant and the atmosphere is so comfortable and welcoming. Amber did an amazing job helping me achieve my goals of diminishing my forehead and brow wrinkles! I would highly recommend coming here for all of your aesthetic needs!
