I love love love my braids. Thanks so much for an easy booking of my appointment, they tell you in advance your price so there are no surprises and they work as a professional team to get you in and out. I cant wait to get my next set of braids but enjoying compliments for my current braids.

Soo thankful for African Classic braids coming through for me for my birthday. NK and her staff were able to accommodate their schedule around my busy schedule. I was out of the shop in about 3 hours and 30 minutes getting small waist length boho knotless. That's unbelievable ! I love the teamwork and precise work ethic they all presented. I will be returning soon for more braids. I've received so many compliments already. I would also include that the whole staff performed a serenade with the "Happy Birthday" song and wish me many blessings for the year. My heart was so full.

These ladies gave my daughters such great service. It was an amazing excitement. Everyone was nice. They worked as a team to get it done quickly. It felt like a spa. We will definitely be back

I got Senegalese twist done. Started my hair on time, no delay. Made me feel comfortable & constantly asked if I was okay or needed anything. 10/10 all of my twist are the same size, hair is very full, I am satisfied!

I must say this was a great experience for me! Haven’t had my hair braided by someone in years. The ladies were so pleasant and welcoming. I was 30 minutes late and they were very professional and gave me grace. My hair is looks amazing. I will definitely drive 40 minutes again to get serviced by this establishment! Thank you! ❤️❤️

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I was told on the phone to come at 3 that’s all that was said besides the style I wanted. When I arrived she told me that she said on the phone to call in the morning the day of to check availability WHICH SHE DID NOT and that I must’ve not understood like it was my fault that I came at the time she told me. She proceeded to talk to me like I was slow as if I couldn’t comprehend. She also said she sent out a text message earlier in the morning which she did not. She was steady putting the blame on me and kept saying she didn’t know why I didn’t understand on the phone when none of that was said during the call. In any profession this is unacceptable.

I'm so happy with my braids!! Today they do an excellent job with my hair, it was a huge challenge because my hair is short and it has a different texture than what they are used to. I really appreciate your great work. Everyone were super nice and attentive. I'll go back for sure.

The owner did my hair, she pulled my hair unnecessarily, did not do the style the way I asked her and the color mixture was off. The owner was very unprofessional and her leadership was horrible. I don't recommend this braid shop for anyone especially our seniors and children.

Been here several times since moving to Jax. I’m always scared of getting my edges snatched or having a headache for a week haven’t had that problem that’s why I keep coming back. they are very nice ladies clean shop, & neat work. I don’t think they are pricey but maybe I’m used to paying $150+ for good quality hair n products included! they work w all hair textures from perm to 4c

I absolutely love my hair!!!! Senegalese twist for the win! The customer service was phenomenal, the price was right, and atmosphere was great!! I definitely recommend any and everyone go here you will not be disappointed!!!

I got my hair in the twist for the first time NK was great she didn’t pull and she was courteous enough to ask if the twist was to tight it was my 50th birthday and I was beautiful

I’ve gotten my hair done here a few times but the last time is the last time I will be going here. I sent a picture of how I wanted my hair before I got my hair done and the owner quoted me a price. When my hair was finished she charged me 50 dollars more than what she stated before.

I had a scheduled appointment the owner told me that it would take 6 to 7 hours. She lift the young lady there all alone doing my hair. I asked here if there would be two people she said no. However when she came back she took a walk in I asked her about my hair and she was rude and loud talking to me. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I will never return.
