The experience was great! I would definitely give this place a 2nd try. I wouldn't know who to ask for because she didn't give me her name. My hair looks great it doesn't feel tight. However, it is I can see the pull, hoping 🙏🏽 when I take it down, my hair doesn't come out. The location is clean and tidy.

Not a very good experience for my child. The lady that I booked with had a emergency and I showed up to no one knowing that I had an appointment. So another lady agreed to do my daughter's hair. My daughter was crying the whole time, and the braider was frustrated saying my daughter was hurting her back and kept telling my child to stop crying. My daughter has gotten her hair braided before and has never acted like this. Would not recommend for children. They are not patient or sympathetic!!!!

I'm sad to be doing this review but it's not okay how tight my braids were . I couldn't even let them finish braiding my hair all the way down , I was pretty much in tears in my seat . My scalp isn't really tender at all but my head has never felt like that . On top of that she combed my 4c hair with a small tooth comb and I had clumps of hair on the floor from her handling my hair so rough . I should've left then but I really needed my hair done for my baby shower . Now I gotta improvise at the last minute because I had to take my hair down . The plan was to go back and have something else done so I wouldn't waste my money but I guess I'll take my L . I used to go here all the time before they moved and got new people and I preferred them because my hair would always look neat and never too tight . I will never go back again . Worst experience ever and now I have a bald spot in the front of my hair that i have to try to cover before my baby shower . Lady didn't care about my hair , didn't use any product just combed it dry with a small comb and braided every strand of hair on my head.. it's like she tried to sabotage me on purpose . It was cute but not worth the hair loss ...

These ladies are friendly to different cultures, they do walk in appointments, and have always done a great job on my hair. I keep my hair braided for work and boxing and have gone several other places but this is my favorite. The braids always stay in and looking tight for longer than expected. They are perfectly even - I usually only get 2 braids or 2 braids with some micros around it, and I always get compliments on my braids everywhere I go 🥰💁‍♀️

Daughter's hair was done fairly quickly and extremely well done. The environment was well kept. Just make sure you have hair-on-hand and have an idea of how much your hairstyle is going to need.

I got box braids. I had to get my appointment rescheduled for some reason but It ended up being a couple days earlier instead which is fine I guess. I was the only client at the time. They don't have a pricing chart so they come up with whatever price they want to charge. I dont have a whole bunch of hair but I was charged 220 plus having to buy my own hair. I found it to be on the expensive side. 2 women did my hair. I dont have any complaints about the workers though I didn't talk to them all that much. Took about 4 hours. Usual Time. Didn't smell all that great in the building. My hair feels like it was braided a little tight even days later but other than that I dont have any complaints about my hair. Probably won't go back due to it being expensive.

Unfortunately I have to write this review. When I began using this place for my sons locs I had no issue maybe the first 2 times. They do good work and I expected that before choosing this place. When I set my next appointment it kept being put off by almost 2 hours. When I arrived I was asked to wait another 45 minutes for them to finish someone else. So I went home. I called the next day and was told to come in right away. When I did my son went in first and when I got in there was a new girl doing his hair I’d never even seen before. This young lady was so into her conversation that she could not work. She was completely turned around not even a hand on the head. Then another 30 minutes for everyone to order lunch. I pulled the manager outside who was the person I was used to dealing with and told her I didn’t want to be rude and I can understand talking but not talking and not working. It was rude how many hours my appointment got pushed back the day before and now it’s all conversation and no work. She went in to the group and they all spoke French together then turned and gave me the nastiest looks I’ve ever received in a business. But the lady started working. Whenever another African lady would come in they would speak about me in French then she would look at me nasty. How uncomfortable to sit there for hours getting my child’s hair done. We came back once and the different smells overpowered the building. Just very strong and musty. I wanted to stick with the owner bc she started my sons hair but now anytime I call my calls are ignored or told no availability. I even tipped every time I came in even when they were unprofessional. I called today and my call went to voicemail. I called from a different number and it rang then she picked up. So disappointed smh. I could have handled the situation more nasty but instead I pulled the owner outside away from everyone to address my concerns. Not the type of business who I’d want to give my business to. Especially if I arrive on time and I have to wait for you.

Worst experience! Went for simple Senegalese twist, I have natural hair and the entire back of my head was frizzy! Like they didn’t want to use product to blend my natural hair with braided hair. Two ladies were on my head and they both allowed me to walk out of shop with my hair like that. I called them back and returned. They both acted as if they didn’t want to do it, so here comes the girl who did the majority of frizzy braids. She did about 10 braids from the back. They apologized. I go home and the ones she “retwisted” were coming down!! I woke up the next morning and went back, it was only one lady in shop. She basically said “I’m the only one here and I’m doing some knotless” She called someone and eventually two women arrived, they the back of my hair down and had the nerve to ask me did I have some hair!!! Bottom line I paid $240 had to go back to shop TWICE and hair was still frizzy, and slipping after two days! My hair is not short she I don’t understand why/how my twist were slipping.I will NEVER go back!! NO STARS
