2024: I’ve been seeing Elysa at ABL for over three years now and I exclusively go to her! About every 18 months she freshens my hair up with a blonde balayage to complement my natural light brunette hair. I love that it requires no maintenance and always looks amazing! I’m super picky when it comes to the tone of the color, and Elysa is so patient with me if I decide I want it ashier the next week or so. I love when she waxes and tints my eyebrows too! She’s got a talent for giving them a clean and bold look while still looking very natural to my appearance! I love Elysa so much and I appreciate all she does for me! 💛 2021: I had the most amazing experience at Agave Beauty Lounge with Elysa! I walked in feeling nervous for my first waxing, but Elysa made me feel calm and comfortable, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing and it helped being that we were the only ones in the salon! I went in to my appointment feeling a little unsure, but after talking with Elysa, she made me feel so much better and of course after all was done I felt so much more confident me comfortable and I already have my next appointment booked and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m looking forward to it! I can’t wait to go back to the cute and charming salon where Elysa works. Did I mention she owns and runs the salon herself? So happy to support an extraordinary woman!

Elysa makes me feel so comfortable in her salon and that says a lot because I’m an anxious introvert. I’m terrible at explaining what I want done and Elysa always goes above and beyond to get my vision and execute it better than I even imagined. Highly recommend. Also the only person I will have wax me!

Have you ever been to one of those places where you just feel like another buyer? Not here. This is by far the best beauty salon I have ever been too! Very personable, reasonable, interactive, friendly, and she makes you feel like you are her only client. Absolutely would recommend coming here.

It took me ages to find Elysa and I am soso glad I did! She's a communicative, attentive, thorough waxer/aesthetician and a super sweet, community-invested human. Trust me when I say... it's not easy to find a good one, so I'm holding onto her!!

My experience was absolutely amazing!! The girl who runs it is super welcoming and sweet! I was a bit nervous because that was my first professional waxing but she was extremely gentle. The product was very good quality as well. Went on my skin very smoothly. I’ve had no irritation like I have to other waxes in the past. Definitely will be back!!

Elysa is amazing, I went in having no idea what I wanted to do with my hair, knowing I just needed a change. She listened to what I like and she surprised me and nailed the image I didn’t even know I had in my mind. The place is so welcoming and comforting, it makes me feel like I’m just hanging out with my best friend while getting pampered. 100% recommend for all services!

Elysa was great. She was very attentive and considerate, and listened to what I had in mind but also offered her professional opinion when I asked. Plus she is a great listener and makes you feel like you are chatting with a good friend. My hair has been looking great since I went in (almost 2 months ago) and I will definitely be going back in the future!

I went to Elysa to have my hair cut and colored and she not only actively listened to what I wanted but nailed the balayage color. Elysa is very talented, passionate, and an expert in cut and color while also offering her services at an exceptional price. Elysa is AMAZING at what she does! Whether it's waxing or hair color or hair cuts, she does her job with efficiency, enthusiasm and positivity! She's truly a ray of sunshine and I'm so grateful to have found her. If you have any waxing, or hair color/cut/styling needs, she's your go to girl! She even styled a wig for me that I needed done in a very complex style from Game of Thrones. She is incredible!

I have long hair that I am always terrified to trim. I had been overpaying at places like Toni & Guy, Gaddabout, Industry, etc. for years just to get a couple inches taken off. I went to see Elysa to have my hair trimmed instead and it WAS THE BEST!!!! She cut off the exact amount I asked, washed and blow dried!!! The cut was even, and my hair felt great! She never once tried to mentioned that I should dye it or do something new to it, things that I would get harassed about by stylist at the overpriced salons I had been going to. She even answered my questions about what I could do to keep my hair healthy, and gave me an honest answer about how often I should get my hair cut based off of MY HAIR not just the generic every 6 weeks. I had a wonderful experience and will be going back for my future trims!
