Beautiful remodel, and very clean and calm. Hana & Jennifer gave a great introduction and helped us choose the right membership and services. Raymond is very attentive and always hustling to keep the men’s locker area stocked and clean.

I chose Agave Spa for a couples massage to celebrate my anniversary with my spouse, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The service felt rushed, and both the customer service and amenities were underwhelming, especially considering the high cost. It’s worth noting that the listed price for the couples massage is per person, which is mentioned only in the fine print. If you’re looking for an exceptional spa experience that leaves a lasting impression, I would recommend exploring other options.

I got the most amazing deep tissue massage today from Steven. He was able to break up so many knots I had in my neck and my back. He gave me some recommendations to help my posture and to release some of the tension in my spine. He is very knowledgeable knowledgeable and very nice. I will be booking another appointment, it’s so worth it.

My husband and I spent the day here and it was fantastic! We took advantage of the summer specials they were running and because of a social media promotion, we also got to use the Adventure Pool at the resort. The lazy river was great, the service was great, everything was great! We loved everything about our day here. At the spa, I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and using the amenities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they have plenty of products to try to enhance your experience. I especially loved the cold eucalyptus infused towels they have available. I could go on and on but I will leave it at this. We both agreed that it was well worth the money we spent!

I was very disappointed in my visit to the Agave Spa on 2/9/2024. I was told the spa had Currently been renovated so I expecting a great experience, however upon arrival, I was told there was no sauna or steam room to use but the hot tub was available, very disappointing news to say the least. I put on my suit to use the hot tub to find a very very small tub that was cold, I immediately got out and went to sit in the relaxation room for my massage therapist to come to get me, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was asked if I wanted a glass of champagne, I said yes and it was served in a plastic cup, my massage was just ok I proceeded to check out and was charged automatic 20 percent tip, which is fine but not given this experience, I was also charged full price for massage and pedicure even though no sauna services were available and the hot tub was ice cold. My pedicure was good, wanted to mention that. Overall I will never go back due to this experience. Spending a day at the spa is not cheap so expecting to use the Amenities is a must.

Celebrated my birthday here had a fabulous spa day Veronica was abouslouty the best massage therapist I have ever had, was so relaxing 5 days later and I still feel great... then it was on to Julie who did a great job on my toes and nails they look great was relaxing great vibes. Then to finish my day was with Christy making my hair look fabulous for my date that night with my husband all around was amazing day for my birthday...so thank you ladies

Front desk and Angel (massage therapist) were very kind and professional. I went in for a mommy to be massage, the massage was great! Came out of there relaxed and recharged. Had a great experience can’t wait to go back!

The Spa is under renovation at this time, so they're doing massages in makeshift guest rooms. 🫤 And there's no whirlpool or swimming area available in the Spa for the time being. Not quite the luxurious experience I was hoping for...😨

The spa is under renovation and they converted rooms into a lounge to wait with beverages, snacks and magazines and where you get a massage is in another room. I had a very nice experience with complimentary champagne and my wellness massage was very good (maybe the best I've had) as the pressure was not too intense and not too light it was just right. I was able to relax and felt amazing afterwards and relaxed at the pool. Highly recommend.

Probably the worst massage I have ever had. The "therapist" didn't appear to know what she was doing. I ordered at hot rock add on which she didn't know what to do with the rocks. Inconsistent treatment throughout the massage. I felt worse afterwards. Spent $1,200 between four of us and it IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. When I made management aware of my massage, they said they were very sorry. And offered me nothing in return. Terrible customer service.

We went for a bachelorette spa day and everyone who got services were very pleased. The bride loves her oxygen facial! The spa concierge Gigi was so attentive as well, so sweet and made sure we were fully taken care of while using the spa’s facilities. Wonderful & relaxing, we will be back!

By far one of the best massages I ever had. I went in with some neck issues and my therapist Kim listened and helped lessen my pain. Spa was relaxing. It was suggested I use the steam room which I did. Overall a great facility from the front desk check in to check out. Wish I lived closer and would recommend to anyone who visits the Scottsdale area

I did not stay at the hotel, but booked a massage at the spa. I had the traveler's massage with Candace and she was wonderful! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi were all great, a bit small but there weren't too many people so it was perfect. I had some time to use the adult pool which was also very relaxing with towels and staff who serve food and drink. Every staff I communicated with were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

My husband & I were on vacation and made massages appointments with the owner two days in advance. We never received a confirmation like she said we would which was fine. When we arrived 15 minutes early the lights were off & the door was locked. We waited for 10 minutes past our appointment but no one came to the door or answered the phone. While we were waiting we made 2 trips to the front desk to ask questions. One of the gentleman was finally able to get ahold of Lisa & listen to her tell him what was going on. When we got back down there she explained that she was booked 5 massages for the day & 2 cancelled this morning & she can’t do that much right now because she just got over COVID. Not something I really wanted to hear from someone who is about to massage my body. My husband and I were a little confused now. Now my question is, which spa massage owner is going to leave a massage therapist that just recently got over COVID, working so closely alone all day on customers? Needless to say she gladly canceled us. However I do believe the communication needs to improve & maybe hiring more therapists to fill the need. She also didn’t seem very eager to want to work which made you wonder if something else was wrong there. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. We ended up having our reservations at Hotel Gage come through on Christmas!🎄🥰

The professionals who attend to this spa go beyond their "duties" to make the guest feel welcome and relaxed. Julie at the front desk is remarkable at the calmness of her demeanor. Gigi is comforting and Carl is the bomb wth his massages. I have made appointments for my entire stay here at the resort and an appointment for my 27 year old son who is a member of the golf club and I am certain could use some relaxation. What an experience. I highly recommend it.
