I’ve been coming here for about 7 months now and I’ve definitely been noticing a positive difference. Also, Mariah has been so amazing to work with and just makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I so appreciate how kind and encouraging she is on my hair removal journey. Definitely recommend this treatment over laser!

I rarely write reviews on anything, because I usually don't care enough to take the time - - but let me tell you about how much I LOVE electrolysis and Jessica! I am about 18 months into my journey with Jessica and the progress is AMAZING. I am no longer stressed and self conscious every day. For me, it really has been a life changing decision. Yes, it is a financial investment. Yes, it is a time commitment. Yes, you will have to change your plucking/waxing habits and let your hair grow for a bit. I know those hurdles can be discouraging and potentially cause embarassment. All of that struggle will totally be worth it, because once you start investing in the process with Jessica and her team you WILL get results. With electrolysis you really just have to trust the process. Don't be discouraged when your hair regrows after your first treatments. This is totally normal and doesn't mean it "won't work" for you. Your follicles slowly die with each treatment. The hair will become lighter in color and thinner each time - until it is gone PERMANENTLY. Trust the process! "Trusting the process" can be a challenge when results aren't immediate, but I can absolutely assure you that Jessica knows what she's doing. You can be sure that your money is not going to waste. Plus, she only hires electrologists that meet her very high standards. I started seeing Cecilyana between my monthly treatments with Jessica and she is just as skilled, thorough, and sensitive. Increasing the frequency of my appointments really boosted my progress also. The Ageless office is beautiful, comfortable, and soothing to your senses. Electrolysis can sometimes be a painful (or at least mildly uncomfortable) process, so it's important that the rest of your body feels relaxed. Jessica always has essential oil diffusers on, soft music playing, and her treatment beds are very comfortable. It feels like spa-level comfort. Jessica will even let you snuggle under a blanket while she works away. I love my appointments, not only because of the progress I'm making, but also because it's a relaxation and self-care moment. There is no other electrologist I'd recommend to someone who is thinking of starting this journey. Don't hesitate to book your appointment!

Fresno area is very fortunate to have Jessica spend part of her time at a Fresno office and part of her time at her Newport Beach office. If you had different cosmetic treatments do you know you have to go to Southern California to get a very qualified person. I know I'm not the only client of hers that know she is very good, if she has a cancellation and notifies her clients you better not think 5 minutes about booking it, because it will be booked. That right there should tell you she's in a league of all of her own when it comes to electrologist in Fresno.

Absolutely love Jessica and Cecilyana! They’re both very sweet and are ready to answer any questions I have. They’re priced amazingly for the technique and care that is taken into each treatment. I’ve been to other places that felt very cramped and dark. Ageless by Jessica is without a doubt a leap above that. The office is bright, welcoming, homey and spacious. Did you know Jessica did the painting and decorating herself?!? Absolutely amazing!

I booked an hour at first Jessica said it was $85 then 40 minutes before the appointment she hiked the price to $110 for my bikini area. She only did a tiny one inch section the whole hour I couldn’t believe how slow she was 🤯 then she said I had to book longer hours and twice a week and it’s impossible to do the entire bikini area in one hour I said My last electrolysis lady did the whole thing in one hour quick for $60 . My entire bikini area is still very hairy they literally did nothing for me I’m so sad and angry I paid $110 for nothing you guys!!😭😭😭😭I was so disgusted with Jessica’s treatment of me how dare they rip people off so badly like this I feel so sorry for people coming to this ponze scheme ripoff business😢😭 IM NEVER EVER COMING BACK !!!!

I have been going to Jessica for several years. I suffered from terrible breakouts and could not get my acne flare ups under control. Once I consistently started treatments with her monthly, I stopped having severe breakouts. My skin is the best it has ever been. With that being said, I have also started my two teen daughters on a consistent treatment and skin regimen plan. We could not be happier with our results. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for getting their skin under control or learning all about PCA products. We absolutely love our PCA products.

I have had 2 electrolysis tx done with Jessica now, and my results are amazing. I have not entirely reached my tx goals yet, but I've noticed less hair growth near my problem areas compared to before. The center is clean and the environment is warm and relaxing, as it feels more like a spa, rather than a cold, medical clinic. The electroligist herself...Jessica, is really sweet and knows how to make her clients feel comfortable. I 10/10 recommend checking her out.

I've searched LONG and hard for hair removal treatments and have tried pretty much everything on the shelf, as well as other professional services like waxing. Ageless By Jessica has finally provided the solution I feel I've been searching for all my life! While it is a big time and money commitment, if you're frustrated with everything else and looking for permanent hair removal like me, then look no futher than here. I had a great free consultation with the owner Jessica at first, who gave me lots of helpful information and education about the electrolysis process, which equipped me to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed. I'm a couple of treatments in now (treating leg hair), and I'm more satisfied and happy with the results than I ever hoped to be! The staff members are incredible here; they each carry immense knowledge and professionalism while still being laid back and personal with their clients, making for a really fun and comfortable experience. Not to mention the incredibly relaxing and inviting office space / treatment rooms they've created. They really offer and do everything possible to make you relaxed, comfortable and welcome here. Overall, it's beyond what I could've hoped for and expected for professional electrolysis, and I'm beyond thrilled to have found this place and continue treatments here!

Office is pleasant and calming, everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. I was very nervous about getting electrolysis, but it ended up barely hurting, especially compared to the plucking and waxing I'm used to doing myself. Hardest part was laying still for the two hours I scheduled. I'm very glad I saw them being recommended.
