I am writing to warn about what happened to me at the hands of AMS, formerly known as Snooty. Bellafill was injected in my temples and around my eyes. I was not warned it is only surgically removable until it started distorting my face. The owner, Juliette, highly recommended the surgeon who made it so much worse. My 4th surgery is in a few days. I’ve included pictures. 3 stars because there are nice people who work there. As was to be expected AMS is not taking responsibility for the mess caused by their irresponsible actions on June 9, 2018 by their injector, Naunie Maddox, who used Bellafill around my eyes and in my temples. The pictures I submitted were the consequence of not using Bellafill as per Suneva Medical Inc instructions. It has taken 5 years of treatment to try rectify their total lack of responsibility for a product they are still using. The owner, Juliette Massey, repeatedly suggested the surgeon I used. Common sense, do your research and seek qualified medical care for all injections.

I received a facial from Emily and it was by far the best facial I’ve ever received! My skin was glowing after and I felt so refreshed. She explained every product in detail before applying and it was so relaxing! The front desk service was also incredible!

I had a Dermaplane by Natasha! She was wonderful and was very gentle as well as explaining every step she was doing. I would recommend her and plan to go back and get more services from her!

I saw Natasha at the Ageless Medical Spa and got a hydrafacial and dermaplaning. The experience was wonderful and my face feels so smooth! My makeup is going on more smoothly now too! Office was beautiful and clean, and all staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the Ageless Medical Spa!

Been coming here for years and hands down the best service! They really take their time answering my questions and ensuring what I’m asking for is what I am getting. Moved to FL for 2 years but still traveled back here for my touch ups! Dan has a strong shoe game too!

I've known Juliette for many years and I trust her judgement. The facility always appears clean and well managed and she is quick to jump in and give her professional opinion of how to help you in the best possible way. She knows her products and how they work which is very important.

Catja is their newest team member and she is excellent! I usually go to the same lady, but she was sick. So Catja fit me in last min. I got Botox & then kiss for my lips. She clearly knows what she is doing. There were no bumps and very minimal swelling, and hardly any bruising! She followed the lines of my normal lips and just gave them a little Umph;) They do not look fake at all!! I was impressed. And I highly recommend her!!! And I will definitely be returning to her. I believe she had 30 years plus experience, so if it’s your first time for Botox or filler, don’t be scared!! She will explain and show you exactly what she will do before she does it, and makes you looks fantastic! Much Love Catja 💋

If I could give this business a 10 star I would! I had the best experience here starting with checking in. The staff is super sweet, and they listen. I also feel like they are very honest about their products and the services they offer. I’ve had lip flips before, none of which looked nearly as good as what I got at Ageless. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for cosmetic procedures!

Catja did a stunning, expert job on my fillers for cheeks, jawline and chin. I was very anxious and she took her time and answered my questions. I’ve NEVER had such a professional, knowledgeable injector. So happy with the results too! Staff is positive and a beautiful facility.

I have been going to Ageless for multiple years now & have been incredibly happy with every service I have received from these sweet & talented ladies. Today I had my first injection experience with Miss Catja! To say I was impressed is an understatement. The amount of knowledge, attention to detail, & warm/bubbly personality she brings is unmatched. I have never had an injector care & put as much time/effort in as she did.
