I had a wonderful time I got a facial and a massage and spent most of the day in the hot tub and in the sauna room just enjoying the great ambience of all of it.

The spa was very nice, clean and very well appointed. Just about everything one could possibly need. The customer service was excellent, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I got an excellent massage from Sara who i would highly recommend! The jacuzzi was private and shaded. The sauna and steam room were very clean and big, enough room to be very comfortable. My overall experience was great! I would highly recommend Agua Serena Spa!

Lovely spa experience at Aqua Serena @ the Hyatt. I had a warm fusion massage by Jovina. She was fantastic, the entire spa atmosphere was super relaxing. The spa isn’t huge, which I liked because it wasn’t loud or busy. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

I love this spa! The room was very relaxing and so were the locker rooms and showers. I would have liked to use the outdoor shower beside the massage room but I was ushered out. Using the pool for the day is a bonus too! Plus a glass of champagne after! The products they sell also! Grab them there, I could not find them online.

Spoke to Noel 3/22/23 after being on Hold for a few minutes. I wanted to book 2 massages for Saturday she said they had availability all day. then Puts me on hold again , says oh no we have no availability after all , I can put you on a waitlist. I asked when will I know if I’m off the waitlist ? Again on hold , but she didn’t press hold. She did NOT know the answers to anything, definitely should not be answering phones. From this customer service experience I can imagine the service and massages they give . Go else where . Recommend MARGARTAVILLE ST. SOMEWHERE SPA At least they know how to answer their phone and book appointments

An amazing relaxing place with great staff catering to your every need! Has a great environment taking advantage of the natural beauty in the area. Great facials, massages or just purchase a day pass and enjoy the atmosphere! Will come back here again!

I visited about a months ago with my girlfriend, I personally had a great massage but my girlfriend on the other hand caught her masseuse texting on her phone on multiple times during the head massage portion. She did it one handed at some times and then would do two hands, over all a not relaxing experience for her. I then call and ask for the manager/ supervisor at that point I was told to speak to Nichole (the supervisor) I sent Nichole a email explaining the situation after 3 weeks I have still not heard back from her. After spending over $400 for a 50 minute massage you would expect better customer satisfaction.

My husband and I got a massage from Caroline and she was WONDERFUL🤩 She shared that she's had 20+ years of experience and it shows with how well she worked out our knots and tense areas. If you're planning on getting a massage, we highly recommend going to her!

The Aqua Serena Spa in Indian Wells is absolutely gorgeous and such a serene experience. The facility is welcoming and clean. Tsege performed my HydraFacial with some customization for my skin needs. She worked miracles on my tired face and was very communicative on what my preferences were. I would highly recommend and will happily return soon!

Had a last minute opportunity to do a "me day". Staff was great. Had a deep tissue massage that hit all the right places. My favorite part was the steam room.

I was simply not impressed with this spa. Disappointing customer service and we did not feel anymore relaxed after our massages. If anything, our muscles felt tighter than before. Please try to be a bit more welcoming and friendly, it will go a long way.

Massage was great. Location was nice and clean. One of the first customers in morning. Customer Service can be improved. They said everything as needed. It just didn't feel as welcoming compared to other massage places.

Scammers forcibly charged a 20% "tip". This is not mentioned in the price list. "Tip" is for waiters after you separately paid for the food. Over here, I paid for a masseuse!

The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. One young lady gave me a quick tour of the locker room and spa. The facilities are beautifully decorated and comfortable. They have robes, shoes, snacks and water for you. I had a 50 minute CBD massage. It was over too soon. Should have gotten the 80 minute. My time spent in the spa and lounging was worth it. If you want a quaint spa getaway with ambience, this is the place.

Very nice and clean facilities. The front desk has amazing customer service shout out to Rebecca for accommodating us. Got a mud wrap for the first time and it was very nice and relaxing. Would recommend the longer treatment time though if you can fit it in your schedule
