I hate when people leave a bad review for a service that didn’t even fully use, but my experience was so bad I cannot resist. Similar to Sal’s experience, I booked in advance and paid a $70 deposit. I completed the incredibly detailed health form online. I was intentionally vague in a few spots in order to protect my own healthcare privacy. I figured I could elaborate verbally at the appointment. She then forwarded my questionnaire including all of my healthcare data and chronic conditions to me over unencrypted email along with a curt message about how I needed to fill out the form again. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable including any more details in the online form, asked her to cancel the appointment, and requested that she delete my information from her database. Instead of canceling the appointment, she sent another email and explained all the reasons I was wrong to not want to use her online form. Of course, I wasn’t convinced, having already lost my trust in the process. Again, I asked her to cancel and delete my data. She never confirmed that she deleted my data and keep the $70 deposit. After I didn’t hear from her, I canceled the appointment online later within 24 hours and over a week before my scheduled appointment time. I would not deal with this person. Even if you don’t have chronic conditions that you are sensitive about, clearly this person doesn’t maintain customer centric policies and practices. I get wanting to protect yourself from know-shows, but not refunding deposits for appointments that are canceled the same day they are scheduled and over a week before the appointment time is not reasonable. Who does that? Hopefully she comments that she did delete my data after all…

I've had multiple appointments here and each one I've walked away feeling like Jello. The barefoot work seems able to get to muscles and pains that would be tough with hands. I'll be booking again.

True GODSEND. 🕊️This helped me SO much. 🧖🏾‍♀️🧖🏼‍♀️🧖🏾‍♀️I cannot convey in few words in a review. Few can do what this LMT does! PERIOD. ( I’ll be canceling a lot of my appointments with other shops too. Sorry y’all. 🤷‍♀️This right here WORKS. I don’t need to waste time with anything else.) Guess the secret is out now. I’ll be booking my appointments well in advance for the next year to come if possible. Clean shop. Relaxing atmosphere immediately. Gorgeous plants 🪴 🌱 too. My first time ever trying this. Only regret: not being able to sooner. 🙏🧖🏾‍♀️

She canceled my first appointment because I did not answer her many questions in the way she wanted via e-mail. I answered the important questions. I do not have previous or current accidents or injuries, but she was not satisfied with that, and she canceled my appointment and took my prepaid money. I tried to come to her place at the time of my registered appointment, but she wouldn't open the door for me. I stayed in front of the door for 65 minutes and knocked on the door several times. I also sent her messages to her personal e-mail as well as to the center's email, but there was no response from them. You emailed me through two different emails, one of them was (Adrienne Hirsch) the other one was AHH Therapeutic Massage.

I waited until I'd gone twice to give this review (because I like to be sure!). I've been doing the mixed technique sessions. Amazing. Just the right amount of pressure, working out problem areas, and I feel incredible when I'm done. Those 75 minutes go by WAY too fast. Really appreciate the skill Adrienne has, the office is clean and quiet. Basically, all great all around., I look forward to many more wonderful massages!

Adrienne is such a good therapist! She will cater directly to the specific needs of your body. Her space is clean and maintained properly and very relaxing to be in. I walk out of there feeling like a new person every time. Also love the hot stones, cupping, and other special treatments she offers. Hit her up!

Adrienne is a fantastic massage therapist. She really works to get you out of pain and back in balance. I have seen her for 4 or 5 massages now and have never been disappointed. She utilizes different modalities throughout the massages as well. She uses hot towels, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones and stretching according to what your needs are for that session. I am also now pregnant and I had a migraine for 10 days straight, I couldn't take it anymore, got ahold of Adrienne and she got me in immediately for a quick 30 min head, neck and shoulder massage. The next day was first day I actually woke up headache free, it was a miracle. Will definitely be utilizing her throughout my pregnancy and beyond! She has magic hands, give her a try, you won't be disappointed!

I used to sit at a desk all day, and as a consequence dealt with an array of sore and stiff muscles, to the point where I'd have trouble sleeping. Adrienne provides me with a personalized therapeutic experience in a great, cozy space. She has a wide variety of techniques, and after a few sessions, I felt ten years younger. I doubt there's a better massage therapist in Indianapolis.
