I've been to AIRE twice now and have a third experience planned. It is a mental and physical detox that you need to experience for yourself to truly appreciate. Do NOT hesitate to book as you will leave truly feeling like you got what you paid for.

The baths were amazing and legit heavenly in terms of experience. The massages as well were great and left us refreshed and rejuvenated. Shoutouts to Sherife, Zya, Farida, Orange, Gayrleen and N Duvaughn for everything!

My husband and I were delighted with the atmosphere and organization. The staff is fully concerned about your comfort and you can completely relax. I was a little cold in places, but it is winter now and perhaps it is not easy to maintain the same temperature throughout the space. We also had a massage, unfortunately my massage was not the best for me, but my husband was delighted with his massage. It all depends on which massage therapist you get.

This is a unique experience, particularly the baths with different temperatures and a salt bath to float in. The facility is clean, and the staff is welcoming. My massage was lovely. My only complaint was that there were signs in the baths asking for silence, but several people were talking loudly, which marred the serenity. My massage room was near a check-in area, and I could hear people speaking, which diminished the experience.

Outrageous service (lack there of). I got a set of gift treatments for my partner and it’s been a terrible experience. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns your calls, appointments are not available at all locations. Scheduling is a nightmare. When she did get a spot, she was treated with contempt, unwelcoming staff. Baffling level of care for a “wellness” institution

Before coming here my boyfriend and I looked through all of the bad reviews. We are the type to believe bad reviews, but wanted to experience this for ourselves. Bad Reviews Many of the bad reviews complain about customer service, but we thought the service was excellent. From the people in the locker room, who dry and package your wet bathing suits after your experience; to the people guiding you through the baths and throughout the building. They were all very polite and friendly. No problems at all. We ended up being around 7 minutes late for our appointment, but called in advance just to let them know. The receptionist answered quickly, and just told us it may take time away from our 130 minute time slot. That’s understandable. We came around 5 and it wasn’t too crowded (at least it didn’t feel like it was). We also didn’t feel rushed at all. Massage We got 30 minute couple massage, and we were surprised at how much we enjoyed it. I wish we had gotten the longer massage, but my boyfriend was satisfied by the 30 minute one. They make sure to ask if you have any recent surgeries, anywhere you don’t want them to touch, and anywhere you want them to focus on. At some point they do use hot, smooth rocks which was the best part of the massage for me. The girl doing my massage did fantastic! She had glasses and I believe she was Latina. You do have to undress for the massage and there are disposable underwear for women to wear. I am unsure about for men because my boyfriend tried to put it on but it didn’t seem to fit very well for him (he is a bit bigger) Baths There is definitely an order in which you should go for the baths. They do not specifically tell you what you should do, but this is what my boyfriend and I found the most enjoyable. We started with the jet bath and were unimpressed, water just felt a little warm and the jets were hectic. It kinda felt like you were being punched or drowning. However, when we tried them again later we ended up being more neutral toward them. The hottest bath is the one you should start with the most. At first it’ll be hot but you eventually get used to it. We wish it was hotter to be honest. I am a big fan of extremely hot showers, but my boyfriend is more of a warm enjoyer. After, you should dip into the cold bath and run into the hot bath. This is where the hot bath really feels good. You get a tingling sensation over your body. And the cold bath is COLD. There are two, one colder than the other. You should then try the colder bath after you get used to the hot water again. Then run inside the hot bath again. You’ll feel the tingling sensation but even more. My boyfriend thought it was addicting. After that, you should try the warm one. It isn’t hot but it’s just warm, scenic, and relaxing. Once we finished the warm bath, we tried the salt bath, which you float in. I felt the most relaxed in this one. They also have the same salt in a pile which you can use to exfoliate your skin with and shower off. The temperature in the salt bath is also just warm. After the salt bath I would recommend the jets. Theres also a peppermint steam room which wasn’t for me personally. I’m not a fan of peppermint and it wasn’t really hot in there which I expected it to be like a sauna. They have a marble heated seating area, however we felt like it wasn’t heated at all. My recommended path way Hot bath>Cold bath>Hot bath>Colder bath>Hot bath>Warm bath>Salt bath>Jet bath All in all, we wish that the water in the warm, salt, and jet baths were hotter. They felt a bit lukewarm. However, when you try them out after being in the hot bath for so long they feel refreshing. They also give you one juice each which are very delicious. We definitely plan on coming back here.

Awesome experience, not overcrowded and staff were very helpful and friendly

Compared to the other bathhouses in NYC, this place is quite beautiful. But it is smaller than I expected. I paid extra for an "enhanced experience" with a glass of (non-alcoholic) Cava and truffles, which I had to ask for multiple times - I have no idea when we were supposed to receive it, but it ended up being served to us at the very end, in the lobby, after I inquired about it a fourth time, which was lame. So maybe don't bother with that. The pools were crowded, and there's not a lot of variety compared to other bathhouses I've visited in other countries (I know, it's NYC, space is limited. I get it, but it's still disappointing). Everyone completely ignored the "Silence" rule. Staff did try to shut them up, but it didn't do much good. The massages we received were excellent. 5 stars for the massages, 2 star for the baths because they are clean. Oh, and there is no dry sauna at all, which surprised me. Very much appreciate that phones are not allowed. Don't go on a weekend and you'll likely have a better experience.

I just had the most incredibly rejuvenating experience at AIRE for the first time. I received the Orange Garden package as a Christmas present and WOW! It is hard to put into words the absolute bliss that this experience offers. From the various baths to relax and float in, the delightful aroma and sounds surrounding you, and the amazing and professional staff - you won’t be disappointed from start to finish. Everything is done with care here and I cannot wait to come back and spend another few hours escaping the outside world!

This was such a lovely experience. The staff was so kind and informative. Everything felt clean and organized. I liked that the baths were not crowded - everything felt leisurely and serene. Will definitely come back again!

Visited NYC for the weekend. This was the perfect escape from the day's activities. Treated my bride to a wonderful couples hot stone massage and baths experience. Naomi is a great masseuse! The baths and sauna were a great experience. The staff is top notch; kind and attentive. Everyone from the front desk to the locker room attendant were phenomenal. We recommend this experience!

Went for our anniversary and we really enjoyed it:)

I visited in October, and this spa experience, gifted by my partner for my birthday, was the perfect way to make the day extra special. I enjoyed the baths and absolutely loved the massage! I usually prefer strong pressure, and Ava was hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I truly appreciate her exceptional work in making my day so relaxing.

The best bathhouse in the states. I come here fairly often.. worth every penny. Place is magical. I always have a relaxing and restorative experience. Each and every staff member goes above and beyond. Massages are great. Place is extremely clean. Gorgeous ambiance.. every touch thought through. Everyone needs to visit at least once in their lifetime (you’re going to want to go back 1000 more times)

Excellent service and facilities here at Aire. Just a beautiful, serene environment. I recommend the juice. The only difficulty here is pronouncing the name! Looking forward to the Upper East Side location opening.

I was first taken there by my boyfriend and we had our first kiss there (how romantic!). Overall, the atmosphere was great and staff was super-friendly. I own a matchmaking company and do recommend to couples that I set up who are already on their 5+ date and I only had great feedback so far. I highly recommend it because of it ambiance and staff.

Save your money. We weren’t impressed, been to many spas and bathhouses and the bath area was great but skip the massage. It was underwhelming

The best spa experience I’ve ever had!!!

This place was a dream come true. From the friendly staff to the pools and massage. It was a whole vibe. Dyson hair dryers for the win. The buildings esthetics takes you on a journey of peaceful bliss.

Very unforgettable experience. Massage here is very professional!

Favorite place to relax . Even though spa area is nothing super special, it still makes you feel relaxed, the atmosphere itself makes you feel special. Massage is 100/100!! So so good

Este lugar te transporta, al entrar te olvidas de todo. El sonido del agua, el silencio y el recorrido por las diferentes piscinas es una experiencia que toda pareja debe vivir aquí en New York

I recently visited Aire Bath Tribeca with my mother, and our experience was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the historic building and unique bath experience were truly enjoyable. We loved moving between the differently heated pools, steam room, and relaxing with cool and warm beverages. The staff, particularly Carmen in the women's changing room, were absolute stars. Carmen's warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, our signature orange massage experience was a major letdown. Despite promises of a gua sha facial, scalp massage, and body massage with their signature orange garden aroma and jojoba, the actual massage fell far short. The aroma was nonexistent, and both therapists failed to deliver on the described services. We left feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. Given the abundance of excellent massage spots in the city, I would recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, the baths were the only true highlight of our visit. I hope Aire Bath Tribeca takes steps to hire more skilled specialists to elevate their massage services. For now, I can only give Aire Bath Tribeca 3 stars. While the baths and staff are wonderful, the massage experience needs significant improvement. I wish I had stuck to only the bath and not gotten us massages!

Massage was average, but the whole place is pretty cool. Expensive.....but I understand. Try it.

We had an AMAZING experience at AIRE!! The facilities are gorgeous, baths are incredible, and the locker room staff were so attentive! Special shoutout to Lorena and Raquel who were so kind and willing to accommodate us despite a schedule mishap that was our fault. Highly recommend!!!
