Went here for braids. Took a synthetic blend bulk braiding hair with me. Instead of her cutting off the straight ends where the hair was tied together, she left these straight stray hairs sticking up all over my head. Needless to say I came right home and took it down. I was so disappointed and frustrated. Before I left the shop she tried to mouse it down, that did not help then she clipped some of them off on the top but none underneath so they still stuck out. So Dismayed I went home and immediately started taking it down. super nice lady but did not do a good job on me and I will never go back because of this experience. Sorry Aisha for the 2 stars but I wasted my money with you and still did not have the braids I was hoping for.

I got knotless goddess braids from Aisha and I really like them. She was nice to talk to and we watched two good movies while she did my hair. The bathroom is not a big deal, I'd read that it wasn't working ahead of time, so I just planned to take a break halfway through to go nearby and came right back. Overall great experience!

Aisha was wonderful, from first interactions over the phone and walking out the door super happy. My partner wanted box braids and she offered a same day appointment which was awesome. Aisha’s braids and twists are beautiful. When I am indecisive, she is patient, kind and professional. The best compliment I can give is that my teenager loves my hair. Aisha has been doing our hair since 2018. I won’t go any place else.

I got my hair crochet with twist this weekend. I have to say I was not very happy at all. It was too bunched up and you can see where she cut some of the twist and so I have hair sticking up in places. I can best wear my hair in a pony tail because you can see in the back of my hair where she braided my natural hair. The braids on her site look good, I just wouldn't do a crochet with her again. Probably won't go back to her again, the shop was freezing cold and the TV was so loud, I left with a headache. But she is very nice. Just feel like I wasted $150 because I will be taking my hair down soon. Trying to keep it as long as I can because I paid all that money but, over all not a happy customer. Sorry Aisha.

I would like to reiterate my experience for Aisha braiding shop. I’m thankful for her taking me at the last minute due to a customer not showing up. My hair came out the next day, and I new it would, because she put in monkey glue. My hair is short and soft any wetness causes it to be slippery. I wanted to explain to Aisha not to put any products in my hair. She emphasized her monkey glue was all that. She said she was use to braiding very short hair and with her glue it doesn’t come out. She did the ones that fell out over, while my bun was still wrapped up. I wanted to let the bun out so she could see if any other braids were loose. She would not do it. For $140 that was the least she could have done. I’m not trying to say anything bad about her work, but she should always consider different textures of hair on every head. Be prepared as a professional to give it your all and your best even if you have to go over work you did. I won’t be paying her to do my hair again simply because she was not willing to go behind her work to correct any loose hair that was coming out. Thx, but I can afford those mistakes on my fixed income. Loved the style. Thx again for taking me at the last minute. Best wishes

I’m leaving a negative review because I received poor service from Aisha. First of all, I asked to used the restroom and was told that she didn’t have one and that I would need to go to Smart-N-Final to use the bathroom. Additionally she was rough on combing my hair out and I was bit by mosquitoes while she was doing my hair, because she kept the door to the building propped open. My hair looked great afterwards, but later that week, 9 braids came out throughout the course of the week and I reached out to her to fix it and she told me that if it had been longer than a week, I would have to pay. It was just one day shy of 1 week and she acted like she didn’t remember who I was. She did offer for me to come back but it was during times that I was unavailable. I just want to share the fact that I didn’t feel valued as a paying customer and she didn’t seem very concerned to rectify the problem. I also tried to schedule another appointment recently and she told me that I would need to put something in writing about her not being responsible if any braids come out, due to me having a thin spot of hair on the top. But that’s Not where the braids came out… Not good service and not professional at all. The shop is also a mess, with no wall mirrors, only hand mirrors to see your hair.

Set up an appointment for today at 1 pm. Showed up to the shop and everything was locked up and closed down. I texted Aisha asking if she was still available for our appointment, and received no response. Called twice and was sent directly to voice-mail. I sat outside of the shop for 20 minutes and received no response from Aisha. Extremely unprofessional and extremely frustrating to drive 20 minutes to a shop and not even receive a courtesy response saying "I forgot" or "something came up". I was just ghosted. Don't go here unless you want to end up sitting in front of a shop, receiving no response from the owner and not having your hair done for the event you needed it done for. I added proof of the texts setting up the appointment.

This the second time I didn’t get what I wanted I wanted 2 braids ..2 BRAIDS .. couldn’t part correctly .. sent picture ahead of time I drove 6 hours in total to not get the style I wanted an was not told she couldn’t do it so I then asked for basic two braids they look fuzzy the braids we not neat I got home to see if I could fix them only to realize they weren’t the same SIZE 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’ll never go back

booked an appointment with this stylist, for a short length passion twists and I was quoted $200. She told me to bring human hair. So I did. I arrived to my appointment promptly, but she stated she overslept and was not available for another hour and a half. I was very forgiving because I know it happens. She was very apologetic. We proceed to start my hair. It started out well. There was snugness of the braid to my scalp I assume because she wore gloves. When she was done, I quickly glanced my hair and rushed out the door because I was late for an event. When I got in better light and mirror, I quite few of the twists were not complete or were straight. So I contacted her. She said the issue was because the hair was human hair and she had never seen anyone use human hair before. This was funny because she told me to get human hair. She said she would fix by adding hair. I went back the next day, brought the hair so she could fix. When I looked in the mirror, it looked even worse. She never added hair. She just braided it, so now there's a bunch of straight braids when I specifically requested passion twists. My hair is a complete wreck and I paid $200.
