I have been coming to Sanaz at Aisha’s Salon in Fulshear for >10 years and I depend on her services. She gives me the best haircut with layers that I can’t find anywhere else. I get so many compliments on my hairstyle. Her threading is fast and good quality. I come here with my daughters and no other place compares. They also offer full body waxing services that are reasonably priced. Very happy with their services and recommend them highly.

I recently visited sanaz who threaded my eyebrows, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The precision and care she took were evident in every stroke. This is my worst experience ever and I have been to some terrible places in my time, so that should say something. I came home with a visible and bloody bruising. Dint know someone can do that with a piece of thread. Let me start from the beginning, I clearly told her to just clean up. I want to keep the thickness. Want to keep the same shape. She acknowledged but did her own thing. I have 2 dramatically different eyebrows with different shapes and thickness. And a pretty badly bruised temple which is still bleeding as I type this. Customers are used as guinea pigs to practice? Her colleague tried to fix it, I have to give kudos to that. But it was unsalvageable and I was ready to run out of there. They dint charge me but then I need to be compensated for such a blotched job.

My eyebrow threading today was bad. My right eyebrow looks great but my left one she went way thinner than expected. I explained thoroughly I needed a cleanup on both and that my left brow lacks some thickness so there was barely any need to do much on the left eyebrow, but she didn’t listen. There is just a lack of understanding directions at this place, which is very unfortunate, since there are not many eyebrow places in fulshear. Now I need to go find a new eyebrow place.

ive come here for a few months since it’s closest to my house just to do my eyebrows and haven’t really had a bad experience until recently. the owner sana, who’s SO rude and did such a messy job. my eyebrows have never looked this bad. she did them last month for the first time and made them uneven and when i went back today she did the same thing and claimed that’s “just how they are” PLEASE i think i’d know how my own eyebrows are supposed to look. she rolled her eyes when i spoke up and made a rude face and “fixed” them. terrible job, started going way too fast and almost pulled out my eyelashes, changed the whole shape of my eyebrow and they just look so awful now (i have naturally arched brows and she made them straight and uneven). will not be coming back, she needs to be fired, such a sloppy job and so rude. i’ve never had my eyebrows look THIS ugly

My recent experiences at this location have consistently been frustrating. None of the ladies working there seem motivated to provide service, particularly one employee who may be the owner or manager named Sana. She often turns customers away, claiming they are too busy to help. Despite the convenient location near my house, I have unfortunately decided to take my business elsewhere. I have been a customer at this establishment since they opened about 5 years ago, if not longer, but have never felt welcomed. During my recent visit for threading services, Sana was always trying to delegate the job to other employees instead of doing it herself. She would disappear inside, leaving customers waiting, and lacked a welcoming attitude. Often, she would be on her phone, chatting with someone through her earbuds while threading my eyebrows. When she did work, she rushed through the service, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my business. There were even instances where she was preoccupied curling her own hair while customers waited for their turn. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have been going to see Sanaz for four plus years now! I have always had a great experience with her! I go there to have my eyebrows done and to have my hair colored, trimmed or cut. Even when they are extremely busy, Sanaz always makes the effort and the time to squeeze me in! I highly recommend going to Aisha's in Fulshear! I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I have been getting my hair done here since 2020 when I moved here from San Francisco, I initially chose Aisha’s due to it distance, under a mile from my home. I am always serviced by Sanaz… she is the best. If she leaves I will no longer go there, she understands what I want and expect. I appreciate her very much. She should get a $$ Raise🤠

I used to come here to do my eyebrows with the owner (the only blond hair lady there) and she used to be fast and detailed, even with her being rude always, I was happy with the results everytime. But for the last three visits she has been always in a rush and talking by phone and doing my eyebrows threading in 2 min max.. in one of this 3 last visits I told her that she did not cut the hair following the shape and left a gap (she was talking on her phone) and her answer to me was DON'T WORRY IT WILL GROW BACK.. Excuseme!!! That was rude from her. There was a visible hole there. I decided to give her a second chance and when back there with my daughter and this second time she did my daughter's eyebrow and mine in max 3min.. and she was in a rush and with a face of no friends.. my daughter was so dissapointed because she did a bad job in her eyebrows.. I promised to never going back there.. they are unprofessional, rude. I won't recommend this place never! They need a customer service training and need to take the time needed for a good service.

I usually go here for eyebrow threading as they do it decent. But today tried their mixed fruit facial , they use their own aisha’s products and Shaheen did a good job with massage . It was very relaxing and skin felt fresh.

The manager (Sana or Sara) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was completely quiet during the entire service and took me through billing and started yelling at me for a innocent mistake while I entered the tip amount. She had also offended a woman about her intimate area loudly at the reception area and exclaimed that she did it deliberately. Will never go there again. Being skilled is not enough, they also need to behave in a civilized and respectful manner.

Very bad customer service this Mexican lady don’t know how to talk. When I was giving her coins she said we can’t accept coin and when I said it don’t mention any where u don’t accept coin she said policy but their is no written any where I won’t be coming back here.
