I’ve come here for years! This is the only place I will get my eyebrows threaded at! Everyone here is so kind and efficient. Sana does a great job every time with my eyebrows! Definitely recommend coming here.

First time at this location. I normally go to the Richmond location. The lady who did my eyebrow threading was so unwelcoming and did not hide her annoyance that I asked (politely) for her to make correction /clean up areas of my eyebrows where hair should not be. When I was looking in the mirror, I saw her multiple times look at are coworker as if “ can she hurry up and go”. When I asked, she would give excuse about reason why hair is still there. Each time I’ve gone to the Richmond location, they were spot on. This one didn’t even care or even tried to pretend to make me happy. Finally I said it’s ok, I’ll fix it myself. Paid and left. Shot out to the one who was previously doing hair who offered to help after I told her her coworker looked annoyed at me. By that point I was done. I will never go to this location. The other was was friendlier to her previous customer, so I wonder why I didn’t get the same treatment.

I’ve been coming here since the salon opened more than a decade ago. Originally when it opened the services were so good and the salon ladies used to be so polite, friendly and amazing at their jobs! It was my go to place and even when I moved cities I’d try to come back for this location because I trusted the quality of their service. However, in the last few years the service has gone down significantly both professionally and quality wise. Every time I’ve gone they’ve either made me wait for a long time or have tried turning me away saying they are busy. Even if I’ve made an appointment or called ahead of time to make sure they are not busy I’ve gotten this treatment. One particular person just seems upset/annoyed people are coming in and usually speeds through the service. Even if you ask her to fix something she missed she’ll get annoyed I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back but it’s just gotten worse so unfortunately I don’t think I will be going back and won’t be referring this place to my family or friends

I had blood spots and cutts after my eyebrow threading. Before threading I got hands and upper lip waxing done , which she did not clean and left a lot of wax on my face and hands . So you can imagine threading eyebrow after upper lip waxing which was not cleaned. I went back home with lot of hair sticking around my lips . I had to ask for either tissue or towel to clean myself, so she gave me dirty , used wet towel, that did not make much of a difference. Even tough they are charging premium , there servers are extremely poor quality ( like i payed $32 for arms and $15 for underarms and $10 for eyebrowthreading and $5 for upperlip waxing ) . Wouldn't recommend to anyone

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened about a decade ago. I will not be returning. Unfortunately, I was treated with little respect and no regard for my time. I came in about 15 minutes before closing for a service that typically takes less than 5 minutes. I called ahead, but no one answered the phone. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I was told that if I didn’t have cash, it was already after 7pm, and they couldn’t help me. That could have easily been communicated upon my arrival. I offered Zelle/Venmo, leaving my number, and/or calling tomorrow to provide my card etc. but ultimately left after the individual working kept raising her voice saying the system isn’t working, and it was very difficult to understand what she was saying. I did not get my service.

I’ve been going to Aisha’s Salons for many years now (since high school) and i love them. I’ve gone to many different location across houston, but this one is the closest to my place. I still like the Pearland & Richmond locations the best but this location is still great and quicker since it’s not as busy!

They dont know how to do waxing. They do it in a rush in a very uneven manner where the wax stick is barely taking out wax leaving uneven patches of dry skin which leads to uneven waxing. And yes they will then blame it on you saying its ingrown hair which dont come out. I Have done waxing at home always did it very clean never had ingrown hairs. Came here for convenience but terrible service. Not coming gain

Ferdos was nice but she took off an entire chunk of my right eyebrow while threading it, didn’t tell me about it and i couldn’t see it because i didn’t have my glasses on. She called it a day, still charged me full price and didn’t mention the fact that my right eyebrow was missing. I’ve never had a bad experience at Aisha’s before but Ferdos ruined my eyebrows and now I’m scared to ever go back. You can clearly see how I’m missing a chunk of my eyebrow on the right picture.

I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to do my brows/upper lip. Sana is amazing and always does a wonderful job! Definitely ask her for her if you choose to stop by! They are always consistent 👏🏼

I have made root colour today and it was totally not Good . As mentioned to them , I am sorry but The colour doesnt be effective on my hair . I appreciate their work but this is not a correct colour and matching .

Okay quality Salon in Katy. Friendly and attentive staff with good service, would recommend booking appointment in advance. Facial quality was more mixed compared to comparable suppliers.

This was first time coming to this salon and I’m definitely going to be coming back! Just moved to the area so this will definitely be my new go to salon! I got the gold facial and got my eyebrows done with Sana and she did an amazing job! My skin is looking amazing after the facial and my eyebrows look flawless! Thank you Sana!! ❤️
