Do not get your eyebrows done by the Hispanic kinda on the heavier set side woman. I asked her specifically please do not make my eyebrows thin or reshape them, I only want them cleaned up. I asked her twice, and she completely reshaped and made them almost 90’s thin… I normally get them done by Mandy because she is amazing, but anyone unfortunately got the other lady twice and she has left me in tears everytime I get them done by her. Not sure why she just does what she wants when I have asked specifically for something else.

Just wanted to give this business a shout out! The eyebrow threading and tinting work has been amazing. The young lady that completed these services took her time and the results were awesome. These services are reasonably priced too. She also does great work with regular manicures! As far as my haircut, I believe I have found a new stylist. Hilda did a great job with my hair! Last shout out is for the manager/owner of the salon. She has a great team working under her and it shows. Book your next appointment soon, you won't be disappointed.

I went to this salon because it is near my home and had good reviews. 1st of all, they never returned my message I left online, as this is the way to book an appointment. Secondly, I had to call them and ask if they had an appointment for a haircut and she told me to come in 2 days from when I spoke to her. When I got there today, she had no Recollection of talking to me or my appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes and then was seated in the chair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and wanted to make sure that I had enough hair left so I could style it. What I came home with was a extremely short haircut,Almost looking like a masculine and very unhappy. I will never return there. I do not recommend this salon.

I came here twice today! First for eyebrow thresding for myself and really liked it, so I came back about 2 hours later to take my sister to get her eyebrows threaded! Love that they post their pricing online and on the board. No sneaky fees! Sabitha (?) did both our eyebrows and she did a good job! Will be coming back here!

I live in the neighborhood and always passed by the unique salon, and i meet the owner and she is super nice, super sweet. I had my hair cut done twice here and I had a great experience. La señora que me lo corto habla español. I definitely come back for a manicure or pedicure and I will update my review

4/29/21 - Today was my first time going to this place and I was happy with my pedicure. The lady who gave me my pedicure was very nice and did a good job. The only negative I have is that I wish the massage on my legs and feet during the pedicure lasted a little longer.

I’ve gone now twice to get my eyebrows threaded and have left both times with multiple cuts under my eyebrow….and the person that did it said it was my fault. I told them I was new to this and that I had a big event and they didn’t give me proper directions to ensure I wouldn’t be left with red marks that would take days to heal. Not even an apology. I would not recommend this salon

I always take my kids here for haircuts. They do an excellent job and are very inexpensive. I also get my eyebrows threaded regularly here. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is a pedicure here. They are good, but not great. Alamo unique salon will forever have our business for threading and haircuts!
