I’m happy with the service I use at Alazzo. The laser tech is informative and friendly. The other staff are too. I’d highly recommend for you to check out this place for laser hair removal! Get a package and you won’t be disappointed!

Super quick turnaround, left them an email on the weekend, they called me back and made an appointment that Thursday. Walked in filled out two pieces of paper and Melissa took care of business, quick and easy. Skin tag no more. Great place

I had laser hair removal done on my bikini area at Alazzo Med Spa. I had great results and don't worry about shaving before wearing a bikini. Alazzo Med Spa is clean and the staff are friendly.

Alazzo Med Spa is top notch! I would highly recommend coming here for all your beauty needs. The staff provided the best care and made me feel comfortable. I have gotten a chemical peel and dermaplaning done here and absolutely loved my experience. I give Alazzo Med Spa a 10/10 rating!

I did a procedure name Plasma pen. It was suppose to get the result of lifting the upper part of the eye. The procedure is painful and has downtime. The tightening was not as good as I expected. There was not explanation of the tightning that I was going to get at the beginning, so I was expecting real lifting, but that did not happen. I talked to the owner who wanted to chanrge me to do the procedure again. The procedure is expensive, so I was not able to do it agian. I do not recommend doing this plasma pen.

I had a wonderful experience at Alazzo Medspa. My appointments with Tara and Shannon were great! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean, the procedures painless, and getting scheduled for my next visit was quick and easy. I LOVE my results, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL. I bought the package of 6 for Bikini. After that I visited 5 more cause I still see hair. They said because of my hormone. That's Bull*+#$. I did total 11 sessions and hair is still growing back. I am not talking 2 or 3 strands. Whole patch of hair. I will never recommend this place. I bought 3 sessions at Bethesda Aesthetic Center in Bethesda and guess what, one sessions and all my hair is gone. I am very happy with Eliana.

I am so happy Healing Acupucture is coming to Urbana, Dr. Jennifer Yen is really awesome I have been seeing her for years in Rockville location. Now I can see her in nearby my home.I am seeing her for fertility treatment, back pain after I get pregrant and weight loss after gave birth, and now I see her for my internal gut health, and her acupuncture also reduce my stress and anxiety on my daily life. Not only my facial expression is better, and less wrinkle due to the joy of life plus Dr. Jennifer refer me to try Alazzo facial treatment to enhance my youth. I am happier, and feel younger with Dr. Jennifer Yen's treatment and Alazzo's services Thanks for adding a new location so I don't have to drive extra 30 mins. Highly recommend for people to try my favorite acupuncturist, and the new services at Alazzo.

I have been seeing Paige for about 1 year and my skin has never looked better. Not only do I feel great, but she is knowledgeable and caring. Both the staff and office aesthetic is warm and welcoming. Couldn’t regard them higher… 6/5 stars. :)

Very happy with my experience here! I got laser hair removal, and my results were incredible 100% worth it. The facility itself is clean and welcoming. The staff is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. They were very easy to schedule with, and always have a lot of great specials. I had all my appointments with Tara and Tara and they were both amazing! Recommend this place to everyone I know.

I love this place! The staff are so friendly and take the time to listen and understand your goals. I believe its Taylor at the front desk - she is warm and welcoming and greets everyone with joy and a smile. I have PCOS so I knew that laser hair removal would be a long term commitment but they have made it a great experience. After my first 6 sessions I have seen a HUGE reduction in hair growth. I come in for a session every 4-6 weeks to maintain and its a positive experience each time. They offer great specials and work with you to find the best appointment times with ease. The facility is clean and well kept. 10/10 would recommend Alazzo Med Spa!

I discovered this med. spa over a year ago through a Google search. I was pleasantly surprised with the general welcoming attitude of the employees. It was not till a year later that I opted for a cool sculpting package that I met one of the co-owners Mellisa (Horman) Bolden. My first visit with her was right before the service. My experience was NOT the same as the others. Mellisa has a very cold and had an unfriendly way about her. She makes no effort to talk to you other than procedures. There are NO pleasantries.....Maybe this was more shocking because the rest of the staff could not be more friendly and pleasant. My treatment went very badly and I almost passed out and vomited. I was the other half that reacted poorly to the service. The other women in the office had great empathy however not Melissa. She could not have cared less that I was convulsing and in serious pain. It was at that point I thought whoever this lady is I never want to be around her for a treatment again. When I returned home I looked into the staff bios and as it turns out she is a co-owner. I went back for another treatment thinking everyone gas an off day. This is not her off day this is her personality cold. Not the person I want any of my hard earned money going towards.
