Emma did such an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience for my first time at the salon. I’m still gushing about the experience 3 hours after leaving her chair. I will be coming to alba for all of my spa/salon needs moving forward!

Brittany is amazing! I moved from DC a little more than a year ago and procrastinated finding a stylist because I had gone to the same stylist for 20 years, and my hair is a handful. It’s thick, curly, and coarse — dealing with it is not for the faint of heart. Brittany did an amazing job coloring and doing keratin, and she is a delight to talk to. The salon is clean and inviting, the front desk is competent and lovely, and prices are very reasonable. I’m so happy to have found my new hair home, and I look forward to my next visit.

I have been a loyal client of this amazing salon for the past eleven years, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family. The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched. The team always stays ahead of the latest trends and makes sure I leave feeling my absolute best. A special shoutout to the incredible work they did on my wedding day. The makeup was flawless and lasted all day and night. They made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself on such an important day. This salon is truly a gem, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair and makeup needs. Highly recommend!

Katryna is an amazing nail tech! She has attention to detail and cleanliness, and is super sweet. I’ve had gel mania & pedis as well as regular polish ones from here and they’ve all been great. French ones are her specialty.

Katryna has experience and expertise on nail care. Lucy is diligent and very patient working on nails. A few months back, I made the mistake of going to a typical quick nail shop. My nailbeds are still recovering from being ruined by that other store. I will only go to Alba Salon because they use clean products that will keep your nails healthy. Thank you ladies for all you do!

Morgan was my Esthetician today and it was my first time to the salon. I had an amazing facial that evened out and calmed my rosacea. I loved the hot towels in between the steps and all the product was so comforting! I’m looking forward to the deluxe derma plane facial soon! Thanks Mo!

Recently went to Alba for the first time and was so happy with my haircut & partial balayage with Jessie B! She gave me the exact color I wanted and my haircut has my hair feeling so healthy and bouncy. My experience with everyone there was very professional (any previous reviews saying otherwise truly don't make any sense - they take their time there to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your service). Would recommend Alba and Jessie to anyone!

Sarah and Ellie were the best of the best! They did the hair and makeup for myself and all my bridal party for my wedding and we were blown away! They were amazing to work with for my trial and all of our hair and makeup day of the wedding was perfect and lasted all night! Everyone on the team was so kind and knowledgeable and I could not recommend them more!

Very unprofessional, not reliable. I booked an appointment for a haircut (with Jessie B) weeks prior to the day of the appointment. They called and confirmed the appointment 1 day prior. Then they called the day of the appointment asking if I could come at an earlier time (2:30 instead of my original time of 3:45), and I could not due to pre-scheduled engagements, and they said no problem. Then at 2:30, they called back and said that they had to cancel the appointment because "the lady scheduled before my appointment had 'more hair' than they expected and would require more time." They said her appointment started at 12:00, making her appointment over 4 hours long (sounds like a bad lie). I asked why they would offer me 2:30 instead of 3:45 if that was the case, and they said "the stylist would have had a gap for 'processing' to do my appointment in between." None of this makes sense and is very unprofessional. Do not offer appointments that you cannot keep. Be honest about why you are cancelling an appointment.

I went there because I get allergies from hair color and they recommended a skin patch test. Which they did and I was allergic. I feel they were very honest and professional and did the right thing. I ended up not getting hair colored.
